    Bathroom repairs

    I had the pleasure of dealing with this company twice so far. Once to replace a part in my toilet and then to install a new faucet and shower in my bath. Both times the work was flawless and straightforward. The owner, Michael is friendly, extremely competent and does not cut corners. You pay for what you get: a quality job. I shall be moving soon but I will keep Waterworks' number handy for any plumbing needs.

    Amazing service

    I had a plugged kitchen sink that needed fixing and Alijah was very professional and got to work right away. My pipes are an absolute mess because the 25ft snake didn't clear the problem so he had to get the heavy duty 50ft snake and around 35ft is where the snake got stuck, hard. Nothing he did would let it budge but he wouldn't give up, he pulled everything back out, changed the head, and then went back in again to try once more. He got stuck again but refused to accept defeat and kept grinding and grinding until slowly the blockage cleared. A 30min job turned into a 3hr nightmare but he managed to get it done. 10/10

    Replace and Install 2 toilets

    Had 2 toilets replaced today. Waterworks brought the new toilets with them didn’t have to purchase them myself, this makes it very convenient. Al and Mike did an excellent job. Thanks guys! The job was completed very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend waterworks. Will be using them again in the future for other plumbing needs.

    Bathroom renovation

    We are delighted with the work done by Waterworks, with Michael and his team. They were professional, did an excellent job, and all of their suggestions and services were exactly what we wanted. We’ll be calling them when we’re ready for our kitchen reno!

    small plumbing issue

    As a single woman with a very low plumbing experience level, I was anxious about getting someone in - I was concerned about quality of the work, being charged fairly, being told work needed doing that didn't need doing etc. So knowing that Waterworks was Baumler approved and had good reviews here gave me more confidence. Then the staff on the phone were knowledgeable, clear and polite and asked for photos to best be prepared. And then Mike showed up well in time, was very pleasant, efficient, clear in explanations and even alerted me to additional problems with tiling he noticed without pressuring any sales. Well worth the money for the peace of mind. I'm planning on having them look at the tiling as soon as I've saved up a bit more $!

    Plumbing

    Faucet repair

    Michael was very punctual, efficient, and professional. They called with an estimate arrival time and they did a customer satisfaction call when the job was finished.

    Hose connector

    we Called to have a hose connector replaced, and a basement pipe leak repaired. The service was prompt. I liked the clear quote and knew exactly what I was getting. The plumber talked me through Fall maintenance as well. Great!

    Plumbing Work

    Michael and his team were very good at explaining what was required and answering all our questions in a clean and concise manner. They were very accommodating in terms of timing. The job was done done within the estimated time and on budget. Each of the three times we have used them has been a similar experience.

    Service & warranty visit

    Service & Warranty Call: We called Michael for a repair of a fancy European faucet in the bathtub that had never really worked properly and was well broken by this point. He sourced a comparable part, made the repair the same day - was friendly, informative and fast. It was more than we expected to pay but Michael was clear and transparent about the costs. A few months later, the faucet was running a little and the handle was not holding properly - within hours of our call, Michael and Sasha were back, fixed it and tested it and were off - no charge. Yes, I’d recommend Waterworks. Friendly, efficient and trustworthy.
