    Pipe sprung a leak

    My water boiler had sprung a leak and they were able to replace the pipe the same day and help drain the water and excess air from the rads. Very grateful for such prompt service.

    Great service

    Mike from WaterWorks was awesome. He was helpful in explaining what went wrong with our plumbing and even offered to support us in our claim back to the builder for their faulty initial installation. We will definitely work with them again for our future plumbing needs - highly recommended.

    Service maintenance

    The plumber showed up on time and the service was done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitelt recommend to my family and friends for their plumbing needs

    A Fixed Faucet!

    We had an old, broken faucet that our usual plumber couldn't find the part for. I called for a second opinion, and Michael was able to quickly locate the part and get everything fixed! We are so thrilled, and everything continues to work well.

    Excellent .

    Mike come over the next day, helped me out of a jam, was very kind, didn’t give me any excuses , just fixed it, showed me his price list, labour is guaranteed for life and product for a year . very happy customer, he’s worth every penny!

    Amazing friendly service!

    Mike came out late to help me out with a clogged toilet. He fixed it without any issue. Quick, friendly service with an up front price. Thanks and good luck with everything!

    Shower Issues

    Michael was very knowledgeable and professional at his job. The work done was the replacement of the shower valve, and the installation of the shower head, the handle and spout.

    Plumbing

    Fixed my leaking faucet very fast. The plumber arrived when they said he would and was very polite and friendly. Was offered brochure and a delightful fridge magnet.

    Repair toilet — overpriced and moderate quality

    I made an appointment for them to come out to install a kitchen faucet and fix a toilet. Once here they quoted a ridiculous $1000 to swap out our existing faucet with a new one! Did only toilet repair for still outrageous $450; to works better than before but it’s now very loud. If you consider them make sure to get the price before visit. On the plus side they were very polite — on phone and in person — and came on time.

    Replaced kitchen faucet

    Had the kitchen faucet replaced. Plumber Alijah very knowledgeable and professional. Also had the water level in toilet checked.. managed to fix issue as water level was very low. Work was done quick without any problems or issues. Definitely recommend Waterworks Pumbing and Drain. Would use their services again.
