    Drain Problem

    My husband Called WaterWorks on a Sunday. They were the only company that came within an hour. A young man Elijah came in to help us with our drains. He was very polite and quick.

    Great service

    I had a malfunctioning mixing valve and Michael was just great. On time, fast, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and then got to work right away. He finished quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommended!

    Fix Faucet

    I had some faucet issue and repaired it on the spot. They are quick to reply. They provide good quality , friendly service. I will use them again for future projects.

    Toilet repair

    Michael came out the next morning after I called in. He was on time, got the job done quickly, and went above and beyond - securing the wobbly toilet seat along with the reason we had called him, to fix the toilet flush flap. Michael was incredibly friendly. Thanks for your awesome service!

    Clogged kitchen sink

    My kitchen sink with a garburator was suddenly badly clogged. After calling around and getting rough quote I was given Michael‘s name and information. I called waterworks and Michael was able to be at my home two hours after my call. He was able to solve the issue very easily and made every effort to keep my cost down which I greatly appreciated. I would call Michael for all my plumbing needs.

    Great Service!

    We called WaterWorks this morning at 9:50, Natasha called us back to confirm that Alija was already coming to our house. Arrived at 10:40, fixed the problem and asked us if we needed anything else. What a great service! We have been using WaterWorks for many years... Always 10/10!

    Plumbing job

    I’ve used WaterWorks a few times and they are hands down the best plumbers I’ve used. Responsive, friendly, and great value. I trust them to give a fair price and do quality work.

    Laundry valve replacement

    Alijah came by to replace the laundry valves, great job, very knowledegable and helpful. I'm a repeat customer, and will be utilizing their services again in the near future Thanks again!

    Great service

    Michael is very friendly and helpful, and got my toilet fixed in no time. I was able to schedule a visit at my convenience. Rates are reasonably inexpensive for a call-out plumber. He also seems very knowledgeable.

    Bathtub Leaking Outside of House

    We recently noticed that there was water leaking down the side of our house. Upon further investigation we realized it was coming from our bathtub/shower on the second floor. No water was apparent in the house which was concerning. We called WaterWorks because we had a good experience with them in the past. Michael came out the same day that we called them and was able to quickly diagnose the problem by cutting a small opening in the closet next to the bathroom. He was able to tighten the drain and re-seal the pipes. I believe he was done everything within an hour to so which was a huge relief for us. Each time we have worked with anyone from WaterWorks they have been professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. It is often hard to find people you can trust but I have always felt that the professionals at WaterWorks are credible and trustworthy which is huge for homeowners. Thanks Micheal for your help!
