Your drains were firmly packed with hair and debris, and we worked tirelessly to fix this. We showed up on time, and with your approval, we performed the best service possible.
In regard to your shower faucet, it was a non-standard (European make), which we would have to special order parts. Our services include parts, installation, and, warranty. Please call us to see how we can resolve any concerns that you have.
