    Bathroom Tub Faucet Broke

    Michael Yuffa is amazing. Our bathroom faucet exploded and water was everywhere. Michael came within 2 minutes of our call and fixed everything with 20 minutes. He’s such a pleasure to work with. Always honest, great price and great services. I whole heartedly recommend WaterWorks plumbing.

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    Needed the faucet replaced as the old one did not fit well. The plumbers were great. They were super efficient and friendly. The faucet looks good and fits well.

    Toilet installation.

    The staff is always friendly, on-time, and professional. This job was no exception. On New Years Eve day, the company owner and his assistant attended to our needs and they were in and out within an hour leaving no mess behind them. Thanks for the great work!

    Frozen pipes, running toilet

    These folks always do a good job. Receptionist will schedule you for a morning or afternoon and then call to tell you when they’re coming, which makes things easy. Michael will let you know about your options for fixing the problem and is a font of information about all things plumbing!

    Resurrecting a 65 year old shower

    I was happy that Waterworks was able to help me with a 65 year old leaking shower faucet. Other quotes stated that we had to break through the wall and replace the whole shower unit at considerable expense but Michael was able to find the old cartridges to fix the problem without ripping out the wall. Since it is an old home probably soon to be torn down, this was welcome news. Natasha and Michael are pleasure to deal with, timely and personable.

    Repair and replace connecting pipe and taps to washing machine.

    Got a new washing machine, and upon partial installation found that old piping and taps were shot. Michael came promptly, did a fine and efficient fix, dropped by the next day to add on the chrome covers.

    Toilets Installed+repairs

    fast and complete service. very pleasant and knowledgable.\they showed up on time and were prepared to install the toilets and take away and clean up all the debris. All in all were very happy.

    Water backup

    Michael Yuffa, came out Monday, following a call of an odd smell coming from the laundry tub drain Friday afternoon. By Sunday evening, water showed up on the floor of the basement, in the utility room. Fortunately Michael explored inside and outside the house to open the pipe again, and all was well. He has been my plumber of choice for a couple of years now, and I feel confident of his knowledge, ability, efficiency, and courtesy.

    Block drain cleaned

    Mike and Waterworks is the best plumber that I've ever used and he's the only one I would ever use and recommend. I really appreciate his service. David kurz

    Small plumbing job completed satisfactorily

    I've placed a service request by 12:00am, in the morning someone called me by 7:00am, by 9:00am I called back, and appointment was set. On date and time of appointment, the plumber name Marc showed up on time, went through the investigation, sat down with me with a quote and detailed explanation. When I agreed with the works, it was completed in 3 hours, nice and clean. Marc was handling the job and interacting with the customer in a very professional manner. Support from customer help desk (Natasa) was also great. Overall, I'm satisfied with this company services, and would highly recommend it to all future customers. David.
