    leaking shower

    WaterWorks is quick to the job, straighforward in explanations, and efficient in work product. We had an urgent shower leakage through the ceiling below. Michael got there quickly, and worked to figure out the problem (which wasn't obvious). After deciding on the solution, he arranged for a major re-construction within a few days, and was on the spot as promised. But before starting up the work, he did another careful check, and discovered that the issue wasn't what he had first thought. He re-worked the estimate, did the necessary repairs right away, and saved us several thousand dollars in the process. WaterWorks uses a pricing template shared with large parts of the industry, so there is nothing idiosyncratic about costs. We were quite satisfied.

    Toilet leak repair

    Michael of WaterWorks came thru. He arrived on schedule and immediately began with the repair process. After a quick assessment of the problem, he showed us the problem and the solution. He was ready with the tools required and the replacement part. Problem solved.

    Excellent professional service!

    Our faucets had hot water coming out of cold faucets! We have had great service from Waterworks in past so called them. Michael came and provided friendly great professional service and identified problem to fix and great solutions! Definite recommend they are the best!

    Worked on the sum pump.

    There was a bit of water coming in after the sum pump got installed. Came right away and adjusted what needed to be adjusted

    service call

    , had a leak causing damage and creating mold , this company was fast reliable totally professional , informative , all work in writing , no hidden cost , very pleased all around ,

    Faucet Installation

    This is the third time we've used WaterWorks and every time we've been very happy with the workmanship and customer service. Michael showed up on time, was friendly, did a great job with the installation and cleaned up afterwards. Natasha always makes it easy to book and calls ahead when the plumber is on his way. They're not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. We'll be calling them again next time we need a plumber.

    Remove broken toilet and replace with newer one.

    I was very happy with their service. The staff were very helpful, and I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days. I needed the old toilet removed from the site, which they said would be an extra charge. They came when they said they would, took away the old toilet, and brought in and installed the newer toilet. They were very professional and made sure they cleaned up after themselves.

    Service was above and beyond!

    Really fantastic service, Michael was extremely helpful and polite. I got everything I paid for and more, this is a company that I will definitely stick with. Thanks for everything!

    Ceiling Leaks

    We had a couple of leaks in our ceilings which we called WaterWorks to investigate. Michael arrived and promptly identified the problems. A valve needed replacing in our mechanical room, plus the doorsweep on the shower door was inadequate. Michael returned with the necessary parts and fixed our problems. Both Michael and Natasha in the office were very professional and courteous - work was completed promptly and on schedule.
