    Repaired water hammering in the pipe, installing cartridges in bidet

    Fixed water hammering in the pipes and installing new cartridges in the bidet. Very friendly, knowledgable and professional service.

    New Kitchen faucet

    Michael - Waterworks - was coming to do a plumbing safety inspection. During his visit he spotted that our old kitchen faucet had been dripping water under the sink for some time. The tap was also leaking at the back. He had a couple of new faucets with him and was able to replace our old one during the inspection. Michael was very efficient, work was completed within an hour and he cleaned up and took away the old faucet to recycle. Nice friendly service. Thanks Michael.

    Excellent customer service!

    I recently bought a house and found the exterior faucet wasn't working. I called WaterWorks plumbing to fix the faucet. They sent out a plumber to take a look at the faucet. He was very polite and professional. He determined a new faucet was needed and offered two choices: a similar frost-free faucet, and an alternate solution with a shutoff valve on the inside. He provided the pricing of both, and his professional opinion. I agreed to the shutoff valve solution he recommended, and he had it installed quickly. The work looks great, with clean soldering and silicon applied to the exterior.

    Bathroom/basement flooding due to leak in plumbing joint (water supply line to toilet)

    Aaron P was very professional, efficient and explained what needed to be addressed and answered all of my questions in a helpful and invested manor. He performed his work and then cleaned the area when finished. I would definitely recommend Waterworks and Aaron P!

    Shower faucet leak

    Our shower faucet was leaking hot water. I contacted Water Works because they are located very close to our neighbourhood. Michael arrived in the scheduled appointment window and he was very friendly and polite. He repaired the leak in a very short time and asked if we had any other issues we needed fixed. Our upstairs toilet leaked a bit too so he fixed that by installing a new fill valve & tightened the water intake hose attachment which had been loose. By doing that, I'm sure he saved us from having another plumbing catastrophe. I really appreciate the friendly service. We'll be sure to call Water Works Plumbing & Drains for any future plumbing issues!!!

    Professional and efficient!

    Struggled with a blocked basement drain for a well. Called these guys in and they took care of it quickly, no mess, and were super friendly to boot. Would definitely recommend!

    Installed Filtration System and Sinks

    Waterworks did a fantastic job! The quote was accurate and they followed up with us to make some final adjustments with no added charge. They're honest and professional! I highly recommend Waterworks.

    In wall leak

    I’ve had a leak behind the wall for a long time and knew that diagnosing and fixing it was going to be a big job. So I put it off. I finally called the plumber and Aaron was able to diagnose a very difficult leak. Not only was it in an impossible spots, but is very difficult to fix. But he did it, and on one of the hottest days this year. He was polite professional and did a great job. My contractor even noted how it was nice to see such professionalism and someone actually care about the work they did. To diagnose the issue we had to cut into the ceiling in my basement bathroom and he did a nice clean-cut and didn’t leave a mess. I would definitely call again if I needed anything.

    Kitchen Sink Tap Replacement

    When Aaron P. Arrived He was very polite, He put something over His Shoes to protect the flooring. He gave me advice on the tap I had and I decided to have a new one put in. On completion He checked other parts of the sink area and said they where in good condition also the valves for the water shut off. He cleaned up afterwards and was polite all the time and He did a very professional job. The only thing that surprised me was that I was still charged the estimate of $49 even though I did have the job done then and there. But that is not His fault. John Smith
