    Toilet and faucet repairs

    Great service! I called the office and was able to make an appointment for the following day. Michael arrived on time and diagnosed the problems right away. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks again! Joanne

    Plumbing in Bathrooms

    I am very pleased with the service. Michael is pleasant and punctual. He even came back to make adjustments for the water level in the toilet. I would highly recommend this business.

    Bidet Replacement

    Michael from Waterworks recently came over to replace our old bidet. We were very happy with his work. He is very professional and gives you the choice of buying the hardware on your own or for him to acquire it. He is very pleasant to work with and leaves the site spotless. We were also very happy with his highly structured pricing, which is job-based rather than time-based, and he provides an accurate estimate ahead of time. We went with Waterworks because of good online reviews so we felt we should share our positive experience with them.

    Drain repairs

    Mike and his team were very professional and showed up on time even cleaned up after them selves. Even changed air filter for us which was plugged in on the furnace . They came back and checked everything to make sure everything was clean and proper. They will be our go to plumbers to take care of our home and will recommend them to our friends and family Thank you for your help . Katharine andBill

    Bidet repairs

    Michael was very professional they called me before he arrived and he gave me pricing before any work was done. It was very reasonable and helpful. Definitely recommend him and his company to any of my friends or family and we’re very pleased

    Friendly, expert, generous service

    WaterWorks visited our house to fix two problems - a leaky bathroom faucet and a leaky bathroom drain elsewhere. The plumber was friendly, arrived on time, explained his work, and fixed the first problem with hard work in about an hour. For the second problem, he provided advice on where to source a new vanity and quoted a price for the labor. We definitely plan to do this. At no extra charge, the plumber also offered advice on how to fix what sounded like water hammer - but was actually a problem with the water heater's ball-check valve instead. So a quick phone call to our third-party water-heater company got this problem fixed for free on the same day! All in all, we're happy with the professional and friendly service from WaterWorks, with lots of extra value added. We plan to use this company in the future, and we feel that we're in safe hands.

    Replace broken tap and install new hot and cold cartridges and new tap set.

    Mike showed up on time, called ahead, quickly assessed the job and quoted as the company promised. Work was completed quickly and in a professional manner. Parts were available from the truck so there was no delay going back and forth to the store. Everything was clearly explained. I would have no hesitation to call Water Works again for repairs or renovation or recommending to friends.

    Great service

    Michael came in, diagnosed our problem, and offered various solutions. It was a wonderful experience. We will be calling him back for future issues and I would recommend him to others.

    Mutiple plumbing related improvements

    We contacted Mike to help install a back-up sump pump and replace a faucet. We could not have been more pleased, he is friendly, capable and highly knowledgeable on plumbing, city bylaws, rebate programs etc. He also taught me a lot about maintenance as a home owner. They also have very fair pricing and are very transparent, best of all they work weekends.

    Food disposal replacement

    My garburator broke and needed to be replaced. They came within a few days. Service was excellent. They spent the time doing it right and showing me exactly how it worked. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.
