    Bathroom repair

    Excellent service. Prompt, courteous, efficient. Transparent and reasonable pricing. I was very satisfied with service and would highly recommend them.

    Shower Cartridge Replacement

    Fantastic service Michael from WaterWorks came in to replace a shower cartridge. He was on time, told me all about what needed to be done and why. He came prepared with all the necessary parts and was upfront about all the costs. I highly recommend WaterWorks!

    Toilet replaced

    Installation was fast and well done with zero mess left behind. Micheal was very efficient, knowledgeable, personable and most important...really nice to my dogs! Would highly recommend.

    Water seeping from shower

    This is the first time we have used WaterWorks and are very satisfied. Michael arrived when he was supposed to and assessed our problem quickly. We noticed the wall next to the shower seemed damp and after a quick assessment he explained that water was pooling in the shower and that the shower needed to be re-caulked. He provided the cost of the repair and was able to complete the job on the spot. The cost was reasonable and was completed quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use WaterWorks again.     Low Water Pressure

    I have used Waterworks several times now and am completely satisfied with them. Especially, with their ability to accurately assess the cause of any issue that may arise. Recently, one of my tenants complained of low water pressure in the shower. Michael tried the least expensive approach first and figured it was the single control faucet valve. The part was a special order so he had to come back. The part took a couple of weeks to come in, but Natasha made sure to call and keep me updated as to what was going on.( so I could keep my tenants updated as well) He replaced the part quickly and even fixed a towel bar in the bathroom that had come loose, with ease. Natasha, as always, followed up to make sure everything went well. Michael is a master plumber and I trust him completely. I know that I can count on him to give me an honest and reasonable price, every, time. I highly recommend Waterworks for any plumbing issues. They're the best!

    Solid service but expensive

    I had used Waterworks a few times and their service was prompt and efficient. However, the last 2 quotes I received seemed overly high. In particular, they were quoting $1400 for a new shower system so I ended up getting multiple quotes and found another plumber who would do it for half the price. That being said, plumbing work is expensive and reliable service is hard to find. As a result, despite the prices, you can be assured that Waterworks service is responsive and reliable.

    Leaks in the main floor ceiling

    We noticed discoloration of our ceiling in the main floor that has a washroom right above. Came across WaterWorks who sent Michael over to inspect it at a very nominal charge. The issue was first suspected to be with the gasket but after replacing it, the leak continued. The issue was later identified to be with the flange and not the gasket. The leak was fixed after the flange was changed. Initially Michael said it would be a charge for the gasket change + the flange change, but he was kind enough to waive off the cost for gasket change. Michael was very friendly guy and I would recommend his service for plumbing. If you can consider waiving off the initial cost (that you charge to visit the place) when the work is actually being done, it would help :). Nevertheless, it was a job that was done well.

    Good job and very friendly.

    I had two toilets that needed to be repaired, Mike arrived quickly diagnosed the problem, and pulled out his price book and showed me what the project would cost. Very friendly guy.

    Fixed the kitchen drain

    Really great communication with customer care - confirmed appointment, explained pricing etc. The plumber came by at the said time, assessed our situation, explained it, quoted it for us, we agreed, and he went to work. He fixed it, we paid, and done. No messing around ! No taking calls on the job ! No chasing a technician that showed up late, or not at all ! Just really great straight-forward solid service! Great experience... just wish they would pick up their sign :)

    Faucet replacement for exterior pipe

    The company worked hard to rectify an old seized value and replace it with a new valve and small section of pipe leading to the exterior wall. Mr. Yuffa did the job personally and demonstrated that he obviously thoroughly knows what he is doing and tries hard to satisfy his customers. In about an hour and a half, the job was completed with skill, expertise and efficiency and we are certainly pleased now that we will be able to close the valve and the water supply to the outside from our laundry room with ease and confidence. Waterworks has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all plumbing issues and can be called upon to manage any plumbing situation that may arise.
