    Washroom Toilet Seat Replacement and Shut off Valve Installation

    Called WaterWorks Plumbing to install new Toilet complete set, the current toilet flush was leaking due to rusted bolts and damage. Michael Yuffa and team came in on time to provide estimate. Once i agreed with the estimate, they immediately started the work and finished in less than an hour. The job was done very clean to the perfection. Michael also explained which part is replaced and why with all the details.

    Kitchen faucet install/shower valve fix

    Michael and the entire Waterworks team were fantastic! The scheduled a timely appointment to accommodate my schedule. Once he arrived Michael was the consummate professional- very polite and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend them for any of you plumbing needs.

    Shower cartridge and handle repair

    Natasha, Marc, and Michael were wonderful to work with. It was an easy and harmless process and they were all so very friendly. I would highly recommend working with these folks for any plumbing needs. Thanks, all of you!

    Winterized and change wash machine hoses

    I called Michael from waterworks we came right on time. He winterized my outdoor tops and change my wash machine hoses which were ready to burst. Everything in the nick of time. I called Michael from waterworks and you came right on time. He winterize my outdoor taps and change my wash machine hoses which were ready to burst. Everything in the nick of time.     Clogged Drain Now Works Like a Charm

    My bathroom sink drain has been clogged and draining extremely slow for over 2 years. It was getting so bad that I had to call someone in. The pipes that were originally installed were poorly done, but the plumber I had come in, Michael, was able to fix the problem after some snaking and removing, cleaning out the pipes and putting them back. I also picked up some BioClean product which should help with all of the drains in my house, not just my sink! I'm glad Michael was able to fix my drain and now I have product to keep all my drains cleared for the future to prevent more clogs. Thank you, Michael!

    Shower Stall Drain Replacement

    My shower stall drain leaked to downstairs. I called up the WaterWoks, but there was no booking space until a week later. On the day they came, they gave me a quotation. Albeit expensive, I wanted the repair done. However, I was told that they could not fix it right away. They did not have the right part despite seemingly a big company. They had to order it and returned to the job a few days later. I was disappointed there! On the repair day, Marc, the plumbing specialist, opened up the ceiling and replaced the whole drain. He explained the job in detail and patiently answered any question I had. He also cleaned up the area when he was finished. The service was solidly done. There was no doubt that this company handled the repair professionally. Though I wished they could also provide service to close the drywall ceiling hole! In conclusion, I would recommend this company for service. Be warned: their service is expensive, but they do a professional job.

    Replaced a part within my toilet.

    Michael is friendly, cleans up after himself, explains what needs to be done & is able to repair on the spot. It helps when I send photos beforehand of toilet & inner workings.

    Main water valve

    Michael and Mark were awesome! We had a leak in our house main water valve and they fixed it efficiently and professionally. They were friendly and experienced. Highly recommended!

    drain troubles

    Michael provided some sage advice about how to remove the popup style of stopper; how to effectively clean out the drain and to stop using harsh chemical cleaners. We've been clog free for 3 months and counting. Thank you!

    Water Leaking. Installed 2 pop up valves

    Very professional, found 2 leaks and repaired them right away. Explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Cleaned up when he was finished, which is very important.
