    Drainage Replacement

    The team was extremly professional, fast and knowledgable. One of the best experiences that I have ever had with a water company. I would recommend them for any job you have.

    Superb Service on Super Bowl Sunday!

    Arriving home from vacation, we turned the water back on and went shopping. Upon returning home, we noticed water coming out of the garage from a leaking hose faucet. Why did this happen on Super Bowl Sunday, when we'd have to pay someone so much overtime to get this leak stopped? I remembered my friend using Waterworks and raving about them, so I called and explained the situation and asked if they could delay until Monday to avoid overtime charges. Aaron called back within a few hours and told us they don't have overtime charges and within an hour he was at our home repairing the broken pipe faucet and valve. Aaron was completely professional, courteous. knowledgeable and honest. We showed him another plumbing situation that will need correcting in the spring, and he gave us a fair estimate for that, too. I highly recommend Aaron and Waterworks Plumbing, as they can be trusted for their integrity.

    Bathtub leak repair

    Waterworks responded quickly to my request for help. Water leaking from bathtub overflow down through ceiling below. Came on time. Fixed the problem. Polite, friendly, efficient. I would recommend Waterworks.

    Leaking pipe

    From the initial phone call this was a positive experience. Aaron was professional and quick to find the source of a leak in our ceiling which we dealt with on the spot. Will definitely contact them again when we go through with our full bathroom renovation

    Sump pump and back up pump installation

    Aaron came to our home to take a look at our sump pump and to possibly install and faucet. He suggested that we should install a sump pump and back up pump but the faucet was not a priority. I appreciated his honestly and care for our home.

    Mystery leak

    We had a mystery leak that I suspected might be a cracked stack (we live in a 100-year-old house). I found Water Works on Homestars and they are great. Clearly communicated when they would arrive, and Aaron (the plumber) gave me a quick call before the appointment to let me know he'd arrive in an hour. He was very patient in explaining possible sources and answering my questions. We've been trying to wring every bit of time from our old bathroom upstairs, and now it seems like the time has come for a reno, but Aaron was great in helping us arrive at that decision. We'll be going with Water Works for any plumbing needs in the future.

    Pressure Assist Toilet/Toilet Fill Control Valve/Water Line Repair

    First off, I have been very fortunate in finding excellent trades on HomeStars, and finding Waterworks was another great experience. Right from the start, I knew this company was organized and professional, so much so, that I've used them a couple of times already. Natasha set up the appointments. Michael showed up on time, and on the first call was set to check every water source in our rentals to determine the cause of a leak, after receiving an enormous water bill. He suggested different methods, but I decided on installing a pressure assist toilet. More expense, but in the long run, I won't have to worry about any issues with running water in the toilet. My second call to Waterworks went just as smoothly. We had a leak in one of our commercial space toilets and Michael discovered that the previous contractor had the water lines reversed, so hot water was running into the toilet. He repaired the water line in under an hour and fixed the toilet fill control valve that was damaged due to the hot water. Michael is honest, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Natasha even called afterwards to make sure all went well. Thanks to Homestars, I have my go-to plumber now too!

    Faucet fault diagnosis and replacement

    8 year old kitchen faucet was vibrating excessively and had reduced water flow. Waterworks determined that the cartridge was faulty and recommended a new faucet. They installed it efficiently and left no mess. thanks for the great service

    Fixed our leaky kitchen sink

    Aaron showed up on our doorstep precisely on time and went to work replacing the plumbing under our sink. He was thoroughly professional in his demeanor and skills. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and left the kitchen as clean as he found it. The work looks great and I'm confident it will last. Highly recommend both Aaron and Waterworks. We will definitely use these guys again - and shout out to Homestars for making this easy!

    Frozen Pipes

    We came home from vacation to frozen pipes. I called WaterWorks on a Sunday morning and Mike arrived within a couple hours to my home. Mike and Aaron did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and running new pipes to correct the problem. The customer service received from Mike, Aaron and Natasha was excellent!
