    Bathroom Plumbing Repair

    Called on Michael and his team to assist with a series of bathroom plumbing repairs including a leaking shower faucet, running toilet and leaking vanity drain. Service was exceptional and very professional. Michael has tremendous experience and knew exactly what to do. He was done all three in under 2 hours! Very much appreciated the responsiveness of his team is setting up an appointment in short order.

    Met in (3sk) Cafe, Gave me a free faucet, guided me through replacement questions!

    Hi Folks, I met the proprietor of this fine establishment in a coffee shop! I was newly renting a house which had a broken kitchen faucet head. We briefly discussed it, and before I knew it, he had gone to his truck to give me a universal faucet head that I could easily use to replace the one in my new house. When I got home and had questions about the doing the replacement properly, he was more than happy to oblige. There is a lot of heart and soul in this business - something that you don't get at other places. I would highly recommend WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains Inc. for ANY of your plumbing needs!

    Kitchen renovstion

    Fast friendly service came at a time convenient for me did the job well and remedied issues right away. Support staff very friendly and helpful And checked afterwards to see if all ok Very satisfied with the work and the experience as a whole

    InSinkerator installation (Garberator)

    I found this company on this website and I called up to have someone come install my InSinkerator I got for Xmas. The lady on the phone was very nice and cheerful as she set up my appointment for 2 days later. I was impressed with how fast I could get service. Aaron Showed up to do the installation and had everything installed and explained within about an hour and a half. Aaron was very professional, friendly and listened to all my concerns, even the ones I asked that were not related to the job at hand. I would happily refer this company and Aaron the plumbing tech to anyone. 10 / 10 service! thank you very much

    Frozen water pipe, expose and repair

    Called Sunday morning that we had to close the water on part of the house because of the frozen pipe that caused major leak. Waterworks came within 90 minutes. Assessed, then went to get proper equipment. Came back and did a marvelous job. Their attitude, bed-side manners was superb.

    Leaking kitchen faucet

    Read reviews on HomeStars and selected WaterWorks. Called and was provided overview of policy, name of plumber assigned and the ETA. Had concerns since since issue happened just before Christmas with many family members arriving and kitchen faucet was leaking a lot. As others have referenced, I was emailed photo of plumber which was reassuring. Mike arrived a bit earlier and was polite and helpful. He tried to fix the leak but determined that the unit needed replacement. Completed job quickly and efficiently and removed old faucet and hose for proper disposal. Will be calling Waterworks for any future plumbing needs.

    Burst hot and cold water lines due to severe winter cold.

    Aaron was the technician sent after calling a dozen companies who were too busy to respond the same day due to the Christmas holidays and the sudden severe cold spell in the city causing a large number of emergencies. Waterworks was also considerate enough to send a jpeg of Aaron by email so that the homeowner could be confident of the identity. Aaron clearly explained the pricing structure and what needed to be done at each stage and performed the repairs quickly and competently while always being professional and courteous. Often tradespeople can be technically very qualified but unable to communicate well but Aaron was the total package. In fact I would encourage more young people to pursue the trades because they can make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

    Emergency Shower Valve Replacement

    My shower faucet handle snapped off, leaving my shower valve stuck in the 'open' position. I literally couldn't turn the shower off! We shut the main house water valve off and contacted WaterWorks via the Homestars website. Waterworks (Natasha) got back to us right away and walked us through their estimating process, and set up an appointment with Michael. They 'got' that we were in a bind, and reacted quickly. I know circumstances probably helped, but Michael was out our place within the hour (as they promised) and was able to help us right away. Super personable guy and I really appreciated his frank explanation of our repair vs. replace options. The work was done quickly, and I think I paid a fair price. I would highly recommend WaterWorks for your next plumbing need.

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    We were very happy with Waterworks and Michael the plumber that came out to help us. We received a recommendation from another company we used in a more downtown location. After booking, we received an email with a photo of the plumber scheduled to come to our home (very good idea). Michael was concise and knowledgeable, he explained the various possibilities that we might encounter, we were glad the least expensive option worked well. Michael was kind and genuine and great to chat with, which made the experience even better. We would be happy to recommend their services and to use them again for any plumbing needs. Great company!

    Terrific service

    I found WaterWorks on Homestars and was impressed by their reviews. They lived up to their ratings! The initial inquiry was responded to quickly; I arranged the appointment via email (which was my preference); the administrator Natasha is terrific. She called the morning of my appointment to let me know what time to expect the plumber, and she emailed a picture of Aaron, which (as others have noted) is a nice touch. He was punctual, cordial, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided 2 options: the job I thought I wanted (which would have been more expensive and unnecessary); and the job he recommended (which was cheaper and better). He did the work very capably and we are very pleased with the results. Aaron was also very friendly, polite, and adept with the paperwork. No complaints and much to praise.
