Leak Repair
We noticed a water stain on our ground floor ceiling that seemed to have grown in the last week or two. We had previously had a small patch from when our older dishwasher had flooded the kitchen above the ground floor sitting room but was barely noticeable... until now. Researching online we found WaterWorks and, given the genuine recommendations, called them to come and take a look. Everyone we dealt with at WW were polite, engaged and helpful. When Michael arrived he quickly established the cause by checking all possible sources, recommended a solution, and fixed it promptly. Will definitely have WaterWorks on speed dial for plumbing emergencies, and for installing a replacement sink in our powder room early next year!

Great service and help - Re-install washer/dryer and dishwasher
I was having my floors done, and wanted it completed under the dishwasher and the washer/dryer as well. I called WWPD and they said they'd need to come out for $40 to see how much it would cost. When Michael showed up, I got a quote for about $600 to remove and re-install a washer/dryer and the dishwasher. This by the way is not a 20 minute job like I mistakenly thought (it took about an hour or a bit more). We worked it down to $570ish after tax. Seems quite steep and you may find cheaper elsewhere. However, the price was the only issue for me. The service was fantastic. He removed the two items carefully and did not leave a single mark on the new flooring, as well as laid out cardboard to ensure that everything was safe. He helped vacuum the spaces to ensure that everything was clean before putting the equipment back, after my flooring contractor finished up. He also helped move the stove and went above and beyond to make sure everything was all right. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat, but don't plan for $100-200 for a remove & reinstall.

Kitchen disposal repair
Excellent and courteous service by Aaron to replace my broken kitchen waste disposal unit. My only criticism is with this rating website itself. I should not have to submit a minimum word count review, nor should I have to provide "verification" beyond an email address.

Inspection / Kitchen Faucet

Efficient & Excellent Customer Service With Follow-Up for Clogged Toilet and Fixing Shower
Aaron P came to our rescue and restored the use of our toilet and shower in a very professional, informative and efficient manner. Customer service with Waterworks began with the phone call to the front desk that scheduled service right away for the next morning. I received a call 1/2 hr to confirm when to expect someone and then a follow-up call afterwards to check on our satisfaction. I'm so pleased and happy. This company has the customer experience as a real priority. Kudos to the staff and management!

CLEAR CAUSE OF SANITARY BACKUP
THE WORK INVOLVED LOCATING THE SANITARY ACCESS PORT AND THEN DIGGING 6/7 FT TO LOCATE FIX THE CAUSE OF BLOCKAGE WHICH IN THIS CASE WAS A BROKEN DRAWN WHICH NEEDED REPLACEMENT. WHAT MAY THE JOB CHALLENGING WAS DIGGING IN A CRAWL SPACE OF ABOU 4 FT HIGH. THE JOB WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE TO MY SATISFACTION, AND THE CLEANUP NEEDS TO BE COMMENDED. GOOD JOB VICTOR. THANK YOU MIKE. ANOTHER ASPECT IS YOU HAVE A FIRM FLAT PRICE UNLIKE $350 PER HOUR QUOTED BY THE OTHERS

Kitchen faucet installation
My kitchen faucet broke so I was no longer able to use it. I ordered a nice new faucet on line, but needed it installed. The moment it arrived, I called WaterWorks, and they arranged to have Michael come out the same day. It was beautifully installed, works well, and I found Michael knowledgeable, and very polite. This is my second time calling this company, and due to their responsiveness and work ethic, have purchased their protection plan. Thanks!

Hot water fix
Fixed hot water issue. Recognized the problem immediately and work was completed quickly and efficiently thereafter.
