    Smells from Kitchen Sinks - Drainage System Repair

    Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. He immediately diagnosed the issues (the previous owners set up plumbing on two sinks incorrectly), offered a quote, and was in and out in a couple hours.

    Radiator leak

    I bought an old home last year and I've been having issues with my radiant heat system. The first company I dealt with specialized in boilers and radiators. They fixed some issues but always seemed too busy to do the work in one visit and I had to wait a long time for them to come back and finish the work. When I developed a leak in the basement ceiling that seemed to come from an upstairs radiator I called them but they were too busy to help me. I was in a panic because pieces of my ceiling were falling because of the leak and flooding which went undetected for several days. That's when I found WaterWorks Plumbing and Drain. What a relief! WaterWorks was very professional: They called me back fast to confirm they would be by within the hour. Michael arrived within the hour and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Even though I need a new valve on the leaking radiator, he was able to tighten the existing valve collar enough to stop the leak and suggested I replace the radiator in the Spring, when the heating system could be shut down without inconvenience. I was only charged $40 for the service call which was a bargain. Thank you WaterWorks for your professionalism, speed and expertise!

    Broken garberator

    Reasonable & fair pricing. Right on time! I called yesterday and booked a service call to come today.Mike gave me a few options to deal with my broken garberator.We ended up just removing it and hooking up a sink drain without the machine.Thank you MIke!

    Water Heater Plumbing

    The customer service was great. They were polite and prompt. I believe I overpaid for the service I received, but the work was done well and the problem was resolved. I did, however, have to pitch in and help the tech problem solve for some air trapped in the pipes after he finished. But they did come back after hours the same day to resolve the issue when they could have put it off to the next day.

    Bathroom shower faucet

    The tap stopped being able to stop or start water from flowing. Took great effort to turn on or off the water. Also, the tap was stiff and difficult to turn.

    water leakage visible in kitchen ceiling

    After discovering an expanding stain in the kitchen ceiling, I contacted Water Works. Mike checked the two bathrooms above and quickly found the problem with an incorrectly installed drain pipe in one of the toilets. It required a creative solution and he found it. He was very professional and amiable throughout the process.

    Kitchen Drain Unclog

    Called for service and Michael came to my home same day. Problem w drainage from my kitchen sinks was explained, quote given. I asked for work to begin immediately. Excellent job done. Michael also checked other plumbing related issues in my home and I will have him back to repair these. Very pleasant service, from the receptionist, who is very efficient, to Michael himself, who owns the company. Michael gave me tips on avoiding future clog-ups and told me a few surprising things about how even tree roots can affect piping!

    Toilet

    Excellent service from the time I called to the follow up call after my repairs. Aaron was very helpful and explained everything regarding the replacement of the flapper on my toilet. He also provided me with all my options in a friendly manner and I will defiantly use them again for my plumbing needs.

    Mysterious Leak

    We've had a mysterious leak from our upstairs bathroom for over a year with roofing conerns being the main focus. I finally called Natasha @ Waterworks and she was very professional and repsonsive. She had Aaron (technician) contact me within minutes to discuss the problem and was onsite within the hour. After some discussion and visual checks, Aaron determined the problem and recommended a solution which made sense. Within approx 1.5 hours, the repair was completed and no more leaks. Aaron was very articulate and professional. I won't wait so long if I have any plumbing problems in the future and I'd definitely recommend this team who provides quality service at a fair price.

    Toilet repair and other minor things

    Called Waterworks to have someone come out to fix our toilet which wasn't running properly and to fix some other minor plumbing annoyances in the house. Aaron was the plumber who came to the house and he was very professional and very informative. He went over all of the options with us and made suggestions as to our best course of action. We really appreciated his expertise and professionalism. He completed all of the work in a couple of hours and left everything clean. Within ten minutes of him finishing, we received a call from the Waterworks office to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Great customer service.
