I had a leaking pipe in the ceiling of the second floor of my town house. A primer tube from the shower was improperly attached to a PVC drain pipe, causing leakage. Also, the drain pipe from the third floor upstairs was leaking as well. This caused significant water damage on the second floor, and I called WaterWorks Plumbing for help with fixing the leak. Michael came by one day and diagnosed the issue, and came up with multiple options for fixing it. I called him back a couple of weeks later, and he managed to replace the entire problem area (shower primer tube and leaking PVC drain pipe coming from the upstairs floor). In the picture, you can see the black PVC pipe is the new one installed by Michael. He did an excellent job, as that is a very tight space to work in. Also, we were constrained by the positioning of the shower primer, and Michael came up with an idea to feed it into the horizontal part of the drain pipe - worked great!
Thank you to the folks at WaterWorks - Natasha always prompt with responses and open to scheduling changes, and Michael for his excellent handiwork and good ideas for how to address this leak in a tight spot.
Very satisfied with the end result.
