    Sink and drain fix

    Michael did a clean and efficient job at our place. Highly recommended. Same day service too which was great.

    Toilet repair

    Wonderful service and pleasant working with the office manager and plumber. They answered any and all questions I had about the plumbing in my home for items beyond the repairs done.

    Sump pump and main drain blockage

    The gentleman that came out was Aaron. He explained everything to us, and helped us make a decision on what was the best course of action to fix both blockages. He was also very polite and respectful and cleaned up all the areas where he worked.

    Small fix-up jobs

    Had a dripping kitchen sink. Had a bathroom sink drain that needed a new stopper and a toilet that needed a new fill-up valve. Michael was very pleasant and did a good job in a short amount of time.

    Pretty expensive and opportunistic

    We had a pin hole leak in 3/4 pex pipe behind our toilet because of a nail gun piercing when the builder installed floor trim. We called Waterworks and Michael showed up and confirmed the leak. He had to go back to his office because he didn’t have a standard 3/4 pex coupling (even I have this at my cottage) and he quickly returned and installed it. It was 15 mins of labour. So easy and I knew exactly what had to be done. $980+ charge!!!!! OMG.

    Fast, wonderful job!

    Nothing like waking up to a bathroom sink clogged with your husband's beard! Waterworks plumbing was so ridiculously fast/ responsive. They let you know when the person is coming, and it was done fairly quickly. So glad I found this place!! Aaron was my service-man and he was super friendly & thorough. Took time to explain things to me and was very nice! Good job!!

    Two leaking bathtubs and main floor laundry sink faucet and valve replacement

    We had two leaking bathtubs drains that needed repair. Michael found the problem quickly and explained in detail what needed to be done. He arrived promptly, and treated our home like it was his own. I would not hesitate to call Waterworks again for future work. While he was here I decided to have our main floor laundry faucet sink replaced. He had a unit in stock and he was able to do the work on the spot. He also addressed the low pressure in our faucet by replacing the valve below the laundry sink tub. Natasha was also very helpful in provided me with arrival times and appointment times. We were really happy with all the work that was done.

    bathroom sink taps and pipes (replacement) installation

    Aaron called ahead & arrived early, which was wonderful.He was very polite, & pleasant. His work was efficient, tidy, & done to our expectations. We would definitely use Water Works again.

    Leaking kitchen sink + laundry tub faucets

    I had a leaking kitchen sink. I had thought it was from a faucet cartridge, I replaced it and still leaked. Noticed that when then sink was full and draining, that water was practically flooding out the bottom, running along the abs as and flooding the floor. I saw WaterWorks Plumbing truck in the neighbourhood and gave them a call. Within two hours Michael was knocking on my door. He quickly identified that it was the kitchen sink basket, gave me a quote and got to work. He showed me the old corroded basket. He replaced and no leaks. I also got him to look at a leaky laundry tub faucet; and 10 minutes later no leaks. Two problems solved, I am happy. I will gladly call on WaterWorks for future needs.

    Valve Replacements

    Thoroughly impressed with this company. From the Initial phone call to Natasha to the quality workmanship by the very knowledgable plumbing technician Aaron. I couldn't ask for anything better. The work was done in a professional timely manner and a courtesy call was made after the fact. I highly recommend WaterWorks Plumbing and I will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs.
