    Kitchen faucet

    We had a problem with our KWC kitchen faucet for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure was very low. We contacted SaterWorksCanada office in Toronto. Secretary Natasha on the phone was courteous and helpful in understanding our problem. She gave us an appointment. Michael came and inspected our faucet and evaluated the situation. He showed us the reason for our low water pressure. He suggested solution options. We chose to install a Rubi kitchen faucet. Michael did a good job of the installation. He was effective, helpful and professional. We are happy with his service. We even bought a lifetime protection plan from him. Excellent service. Thanks Michael. Nick and Catherine Nur

    skin faucet installation

    I attempted to install a skin faucet myself, and then realized that I don’t have all the tools ;-(. Michael come over and completed the job, and he also took the time to explain what I did wrong, I really appreciate that!. He did a great job in the installation. Receptionist is also great to deal with and returns calls promptly.

    Honest and Professional

    Over the past couple of months, I had a loud pipe hammering noise every time I flushed the toilets, did laundry or turned on and off a cold water tap. It was annoying. I called WaterWorks and Michael came by for an assessment, quickly isolated the problem, explained why it was happening and how to fix it. He was very professional, did not rush through any explanations. I booked the work and the following week Aaron came by to complete fix the issue. Aaron was very professional, courteous and he explained the work. He did not rush through anything and took every care. His work was excellent, the noise is gone. These guys are friendly, respectful, clean and honest. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

    build new bathroom

    I found water works working ony old street and called them up.I was moving to a new buidlind and needed a new 3 piece washroom built on my main floor.They were very accomadating and came out many times to insure a great job.

    Sink and flush tank leakage

    We had a couple of issues going on at our place and Aaron was assigned to come take a look at the issues and fix them. He was extremely polite through out the duration of his stay. He not only let me know where the issue was but also gave me tips on how we could fix it ourselves in future. This company knows what customer's mean to them and they go way beyond the extra mile to keep their customer's happy. Natasha the receptionist who booked the appointment was equally polite and prompt with her phone calls.

    plumbing

    Had Water Works Plumbing & Drain back again in August, this time to replace our two outside faucets, one of which was leaking. Aaron was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He installed 1/4-turn valves to replace our old washer-style faucets. Different plumber for this visit, but same great service.

    New drain pipe, back water valve, toilet

    Plumbing job done was excellent. Michael is an absolute pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to ensure customer satisfaction. Goes out of his way to seek customer approval. Receptionist is also great to deal with and returns calls promptly.

    Drain unclogged

    This company is great! All interactions I had with them during the booking/confirmation/work process was excellent! We had an 11am-3pm window for our appointment. Office Manager Natasha called to notify me that Plumber Aaron was nearby at 1230pm. I'm used the professional showing up closer to the end of the window, so this was great. She also sent an email notification at the same time with a picture of Aaron (for safety purposes, I'm assuming). Aaron showed up soon after that and talked me through what he was going to do. He was a super nice guy and clearly knew what he was talking about. He finished the job in under an hour and everything is working great now. The job was explained clearly, as were the costs. Bonus points for Aaron: he pointed out a quick fix for something easy that I can do myself on the cheap. I've dealt with other companies that wouldn't have said anything and charged me for it. After Aaron left, Natasha called to ask if I was satisfied with the experience. Obviously I was. Thanks WaterWorks!

    Kitchen sink blocked

    Initially we thought that we had a problem with a garburator in the sink, as it would not drain properly. The plumber that came to fix the problem, very quickly assessed that it was not a gaburator that was the problem but the drainage pipe. He used the "snake" to unplug, but after doing it twice, pipes were still plugged. He ended up thinking creatively that he needed to open a pipe in the basement and flush out the blockage. It eventually worked, although it was very messy. He cleaned up the mess and provided information for future. Although it cost a lot of money, but I am sure another company would charge similar amount of money for this kind of work. We also bought a protection plan for next time something like that happens. Our house is 30 years old and thinks go wrong from time to time. It will give us 10% discount and free annual check up.

    Change tub spout

    Their service and workmanship was excellent Aaron P sent an email that their visit charge will be $39.00 plus tax Plumber put the tape instead of putting the ring as a washer to repair my spout. After he said it will still leak. He replaced his spout It cost us $277.78 labor and tax and $20.00 senior discount
