    Leak in Shower

    Aaron was amazing! Patient and thorough. We finally figured out the issue with my shower now, after weeks of different plumbers coming by and not being able to pinpoint the problem. Thank you!

    Slow toilets

    Aaron was on time, honest and thorough. He explained everything throughly and obviously put significant thought into the most efficient, cost effective solution to our problem. He left us with the problem solved and no trace of a mess. Thanks Aaron!

    toilets and sink shut off valves

    Had Mike back to replace two "vintage" toilets and to add shut-off valves to our sinks. The new toilets look great. As always, excellent service from Mike and Natasha. Would certainly recommend the Water Works to friends and neighbours.

    Leaking toilet

    I called Waterworks to have a leaking toilet fixed. Aaron P came the same day, identified the problem, and quoted me a price to fix it. I accepted and he fixed the problem. He explained everything he was doing and even answered other plumbing related questions I had. Afterwards, Aaron cleaned up after himself leaving everything the way he found it. This is the second time I have used Waterworks and both times I found the plumber to be professional and willing to explain their work.

    Emergency toilet replacement

    Water through our ceiling from a toilet seal leak from an old toilet. Michael came on a holiday within 2 hours- diagnosed leak, replaced toilet at our request . Fast/ fair and a super nice guy. We'd use them again!

    Fixed 17 Year Old Kohler Kitchen Faucet

    Our 17 year old Kohler kitchen faucet was leaking and needed to be fixed. Being very leery of Plumbers we decided to do some research on Home Stars to find a reputable Company. We decided to use WaterWorks Plumbing due to their high ratings and excellent reviews. Micheal came the next day within a one hour window so we didn't have to sit around all day waiting. MIcheal was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. He explained everything and fixed our faucet within one hour and shined it up to look and work like new!!! It was so refreshing to finally meet a extremely knowledgeable and HONEST PLUMBER!!!! We highly recommend Water Works Plumbing and Drains and would definitely contact them again with any other plumbing needs in the future. We are very happy to finally have our own Fantastic Plumber!!!! Thank you so much Micheal

    Excellent advice from this plummer

    Aron P came to give us an estimate for at our leaking bathroom sink in the home of my 92 year old Dad. He helped us decide that it would be better to replace the entire sink than fix the immediate problem but he was incredibly flexible able to do whatever we wanted to do. He was incredibly professional, patient and personable. His sincere desire to help the customer in any way was most admirable. If we decide to go with this company we will definitely request him.

    New Faucet

    The company did a great job. They were professional, courteous. Job well done. They came when they said they will come. The plumber came earlier than scheduled which allowed me more time that day.

    Laundry room faucet replacement

    I noticed a periodic leak under the laundry room sink. I found WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains on line and called them because of their outstanding HomeStars rating. Natasha was very professional as she explained how Waterworks would set up the appointment and let me know in advance (including texting me a photo of my plumber) when they would arrive. Michael arrived on time and assessed the problem: the faucet our previous renovators had installed was of low quality and leaking and he suggested several options for a fix. I chose what was probably the most expensive option (a completely faucet replacement) but was happy that Michael had the parts on his truck and was able to complete the job in under an hour. Is WaterWorks the cheapest option out there? Probably not. Will they make an honest assessment of the problem and fix it correctly with quality work and parts the first time? Yes. I would happily recommend this Canadian, family-owned company to anyone who want their plumbing issued fixed promptly and with good quality workmanship.

    Dental office severe leak

    Serious leak in my dental office!.waterworks were in time, on time, diagnostically accurate! Repaired quickly, inexpensively with little or no inconvenience to my patients or staff..very very professional! I've been dealing with Mike at Waterworks for over 16 years. I feel very lucky to have found him 16 years ago!
