    Installed interior shut off valves

    The first time my husband called WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains was back in December 2016 when we had an outside water tap burst and water leaked into our basement and we were forced to shut off the main water supply. Michael was kind enough to come over the same night to fix the issue knowing that we needed the problem resolved ASAP as we were caring for a newborn at the time. So when we needed to install some new shut off valves this past June, we knew that we wanted to have Michael come back to do the work. The work was done in a timely manner and we appreciated that Michael and his team were always courteous in person and on the phone.

    It was bathroom sink blocked

    I was referred to water works and I called yesterday and they said they said the plumber could come today and he was on time. Mike got the drain going very good.If it works- I'm happy. I like Water \works! they were on time and fixed it up.

    Aaron helped me identify the source of a water leak in my basement.

    Aaron really wanted to help and he did. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to try a few things in order to figure out the problem. He was very professional, polite and kind. Before finding WaterWorks, I had 3 plumbers come in and look at the problem and they didn't care. I felt that they just wanted to make money easily. The only suggestion I got from these clowns was to open all the walls and destroy the kitchen in my basement in order to expose the drains. Instead Aaron listened to what I had to say and we found the leak without damaging my house. He gave me an estimate right away and I will schedule Aaron to come and fix the problem. Also, Natasha at the office called me to let me know Aaron was a bit late because of an emergency job and then she called me back to let me know when he was on his way. I will for sure call this company again. I am glad I found WaterWorks. Thank you so much!!

    Toilet problems

    Natasha on the phone and Aaron on the job were very professional and helpful. Aaron arrived on time, covered his shoes, kept us appraised of progress and discussed options and the pipe work was started along with a new toilet. When looking in the basement below the leak, he spotted a corroded pipe not related to the other leak and it was ready to break in the basement and replacing it saved an expensive flood later. All work was done well and the rooms where work was done were spotless when he left. We have the WaterWorks card and we will call for any more work.

    Repair leaking pipe in the garden and shut off valve

    Aaron did a wonderful job repairing the leaking pipe so that I can now water my garden. I put on a new valve and also fixed the shut off valve near the house. He was efficient, pleasant and a joy to deal with. Thank you Aaron for a great job!

    Great service

    We came back from being away to find that we had a leak in the laundry. WaterWorks sent someone around and it was fixed straight away. Not only did they solve the problem, their customer service is excellent. Natasha was friendly and easy to reach. Michael was prompt and took no time to deal with the leak. I will definitely use WaterWorks again.

    Replace leaking kitchen taps and faucet.

    From 1st contact, Water Works was a pleasure to deal with. My parents bought the house, new, in 1958. When I inherited it 12 years ago, things started needing repairing/replacing. This gave me the opportunity (!) to interact with different contractors and companies. Without any reservation, Water Works have been the BEST. Natasha, the Office Manager, was friendly and very helpful and followed-up after the work was done. The plumber, Aaron, who was sent to my home was very polite, professional and personable = he explained my repair options and costs. It was great to interact with him and he engendered a sense of trust that I had lost with other companies. If you need any plumbing or drain work done, this is THE company to call!!!     Check the whole house and made adjustments

    I'm very satisfied with the work Michael showed up on time and was very thorough made a bunch of adjustments and will be doing a few more things for us in the future. We had our old plumber come out and didn't even know how to fix the toilet which was so easy and Michael took care of it right on the spot

    Bathtub shower problem

    We rarely get unexpected plumbing difficulties, because we have WaterWorks do an annual inspection. But when a sudden problem arose recently with a bathtub shower Michael came round at a day’s notice, courteous and efficient as ever, and did his usual competent and professional job. We’ve been regulars since 1999 (before the company was even called WaterWorks), have never had any cause for regret, and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Michael and his team to anybody. (Join the loyalty programme: it’s definitely worth it.)

    Mixing valve repair

    The mixing valve above our hot water tank was leaking slightly so I called a local plumber to have a look. He jiggled it around a bit and told me my best bet would be to remove it completely as it was not necessary. He couldn't do it that day as he was busy so he could come back tomorrow. He left and when I went back to look at the leak it was so much worse. I decided to look up another plumbing company and came across WaterWorks Canada. I called and spoke with a pleasant woman, I explained my situation and she assured me it would get fixed. Aaron arrived at my home 45min later with toolbox in hand and a bright smile on his face. I showed him the problem, he gave me a few options with prices, and fixed the problem within the hour. He was very knowledgable with his trade and I would highly recommend Aaron and WaterWorks Canada for plumbing needs. Thank you very much for your top notch service!
