Came back from vacations and toilet bowl leaked when flushed. From first call to time when plumber came out, service was exemplary. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days and process was explained to us. Received an email on day of appointment from WaterWorks regarding process and a phone call reminder of our appointment. Our assigned plumber, Aaron P, called 30 minutes before his arrival. He arrived on schedule. Aaron was very professional throughout the entire service call. There was no mess in our bathroom after the service call -- everything left spic and span. He assessed the problem, presented us with 2 options and gave us both quotes. He advised us that the less expensive option we chose (replacing the bolts and gasket/seal) might not work as our toilet was quite an old model with non-standard parts. We discussed the implications with him and decided to proceed. Unfortunately Aaron was unable to fix the problem to his satisfaction. He explained that the angle at which our toilet was originally installed made it impossible to replace seal without a leak. He said because he was unable to guarantee the work, he would not charge us the full fee. We discussed options at that point and he said he would seal the area around the gasket with silicone and that might possibly be a temporary solution. He advised that we will likely have to replace the toilet if that did not work and advised that we could buy our own replacement toilet or get one through WaterWorks. He gave us the prices for both options. Aaron only charged us for the call-out trip of $39+HST instead of the $250 we would have paid if we had gone with another plumber! Currently, the temporary fix with the silicone around the gasket is working. We realize we will need to replace the toilet and will definitely call WaterWorks to complete the job when the time comes. We highly recommend WaterWorks and Aaron P. You will get service that is professional, clean and honesty and transparency throughout the entire experience. Do not hesitate to call if you need plumbing service. So glad we found WaterWorks through HomeStars -- positive reviews on the site were accurate and trustworthy.

I was able to book a service call quickly, even though my issue wasn't an emergency. Michael arrived at the scheduled time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use the company's services in the future.

Communication and service appointment was quick, and was kept up to date of the plumber’s arrival time as well as how long the repaiemr will take. Clear quote was provided on site before proceeding with the repair. Aaron fixed a water leak problem at the washing machine valve.

I sent an email with my repair request and within 10 minutes received a call from Waterworks to arrange for service. The service was carried out as soon I was available to meet with the plumber, Michael. He arrived on time as arranged by telephone. No waiting all day! The repair was done quickly and efficiently and the faucet works like new. Michael was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Waterworks.

Aaron did a terrific job installing our new faucet. He solved another problem that cropped creatively. Natasha in the office was extremely pleasant and a great communicator. Once again, we are very satisfied with our service from WaterWorks!

A little expensive but worth the fast service and peace of mind. I will only call Water Works in the future. They are reliable and trustworthy. I have had previous bad experiences with many drain companies and can't say enough about Water Works Queensway!

I rang WaterWorks as my dishwasher wasn't working. I liked the fact I could actually speak to a person and discuss the issue. An engineer came within an hour. A photo of the engineer and introduction was e-mailed to me in advance which I really liked. The engineer, Aaron, was courteous and managed to sort the problem out quickly. Overall the service was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. The engineer was courteous, tidy and well-presented. Would highly recommend WaterWorks. Thank you.

Natasha was pleasant on the phone when calling to make an appointment. Michael showed up exactly on time, did exactly what needed to be done and everything is back to working as it should for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody needing anything big or small.

Hi there I had an issue with my tenants shower drain emitting some food/grease smell. I wanted to get a second opinion from Waterworks Plumbing & Drain to see what the issue was and how to fix it. I had a service tech by the name of Aaron P. He was not only professional but acknowledged my concerns after listening to me talk about the problems my tenants were having. He provided a solution and I gave him the go ahead to do the work. He was very thorough and it really showed me that he cares about his customers. I have no second thoughts about going with this company again I'm the future.

The WaterWorks responded promptly to my request for a plumber to unclog a bathroom sink, sending Aaron the same day. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us the price from The WaterWorks’ price book. Once we agreed, he tackled the problem, cleaned out the drain and pipes, ensured everything was working smoothly and left the bathroom clean and tidy. He also checked out a leaky outdoor tap and recommended a replacement. When we decided to postpone that work, he generously made a temporary fix, at no charge, that should allow us to use the tap for a couple more seasons! Natasha, who booked the work, followed up with a phone call to ensure we were satisfied. This was our first experience with The WaterWorks, and we would happily choose them again.
