    Highly Recommend

    We were very happy with Aaron's work. He was on time, friendly, put on booties to protect our floors, and explained what had to be done clearly. He even caught a mistake made by the previous owner, which was worth the visit in itself (thanks Aaron). It was our second time using Waterworks and we would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

    Checking for cause of shower leak

    Very happy with Aaron's work, he found the cause of the leak fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

    Back water valve

    We had an issue in an old house with the sewers backing up. thus we needed to install a back water valve. Water Works was efficient and friendly, great customer service. Would recommend them for any plumbing project. Ron

    Facet and Toilet Repairs

    Michael and his Team were great. They came in with covering on their boots/shoes which is very respectful. They talked to me during the work, asking questions and were aware that they needed to be mindful of costs as mine is a rental unit. I am very impressed and would recommend them.

    Water Leak in Boiler Room

    We had a leak from our second floor boiler room that damaged our kitchen ceiling on the main floor. After wasting time with various companies (even Mr. Rooter) who couldn't find the source of the issue, we called WaterWorks Plumbing after finding out that they were Baeumler Approved. Aaron arrive at our door - he is polite, professional and very knowledgeable! Don't be fooled by his young age. My husband and I were both impressed! He helped to diagnose the problem by performing a few tests and validated his suspicions by opening a few patches of drywall from our kitchen ceiling. We highly recommend Aaron to anyone who wants to get to the bottom of their water issues fast!

    Various repairs

    you taking care of us for several years now we have two houses and they've been out many times to help us with fixing valves and drains etc. we always get an upfront price for any work commences. We like that. Great company to work with.

    Dishwasher and Shower

    WaterWorks was easy to make an appointment with. They called before they came and showed up in a timely manner. They were clean and courteous and explained what they were going to do and the cost. My shower and dishwasher were both fixed. I would strongly recommend WaterWorks.

    Fix burst outdoor pipe, replace shutoff valve in basement.

    The exterior pipe to water our back lawn and garden burst. The shutoff valve in the basement, for this pipe, was leaking and needed to be replaced. Natasha set up the appointment for Monday morning and the plumber, Aaron P arrived on time. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and why, did an excellent job, and then cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from both Natasha and Aaron. We will definite use this service again.

    Emergency shower repair

    We had a low pressure issue in our ensuite shower and had another highly rated plumbing service in to fix it. They did half the job, saying they'd need to cut tiles to really fix it, and were not prepared to do so. On the weekend after the fix, our shower got stuck in the ON position! The company that did the fix said nothing could be done on the weekend, and told us to shut off the house's water. One call to Waterworks Canada and Michael was at our door in 15 minutes!! (not exaggerating!) He figured the whole thing out in no time, and solved our continuing low pressure problem too! This was a great experience, and I'm recommending these guys highly to my family and friends. Thanks Michael!

    Ceiling leaking through bathroom

    The company arrive on time. Aaron was very professional and efficient! Open the drywall clearly and find out the bathtub leaking problem quickly. Solve the problem neatly with his ten years plumbing experience and patient. Also help us fixing the leaking pipe problem in few second... Strongly recommend him. Worth the spending.
