    Shower leak

    Aaron fixed our shower leak and did a great job. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I will call Waterworks the next time I have a plumbing issue and recommend them to friends.

    TOILET LEAKAGE

    My bathroom toilet was making the strange noise and it was leaking. Aaron the plumber came to my house this morning to resolve the issue. The service was good, he explained thoroughly the problem and what need to be fixed and replaced. Aaron was professional and helpful. I thank you for that!

    Service Calls + Repairs

    We called WaterWorks to check into a leaking kitchen faucet since their website indicated that they could possibly repair a high end KWC kitchen faucet that was leaking. Aaron showed up at the appointed time (their dispatcher called us to give us update on Aaron's estimated time of arrival) and did a great job fixing the leak with our kitchen faucet. While he was here he also helped fix a water fill control valve in one of our toilets that was sticking and cleared another water drain that wasn't draining properly. Aaron did all of these repairs in about 30 minutes and without any new replacement parts. He did leave us a price for a replacement water fill control valve (if the valve continued to stick) and gave us some pointers on how to use bio-friendly (and less corrosive) cleaners to ensure our drains don't get plugged. After all the work was done, Aaron charged us the regular $39 + HST service charge without any extra charges for the time spent doing the repairs. Total cost was $44 (when was the last time you had any service call cost this little). The fact that Aaron (inspite of his youthful appearance) was as knowledgeable and helpful as he was made this our best experience with a service call. We would highly recommend Aaron and WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains for any plumbing problems you have in the Toronto area.

    CLogged Tub Drain

    I called Water Works on Tuesday. They sent someone over the next day named Aaron. Extemely polite and professional. Made a fast and correct analysis of the problem and gave us a very fair quote. Completed the job quickly and cleanly and everthing is now working as it should Great Job and I highly reccomend this company. Jeffrey S

    3 plumbing problems

    We have been very pleased with this company's service! Aaron, the service person was helpful, and very efficient in quickly identifying the issue to be addressed, recommending a sound solution, and completing the work in a high quality, timely manner (Thanks Aaron!) Great work; this is our goto company for plumbing!

    Backed up laundry sink and drain

    I would have given Mike a 11 out of 10.I'm just worried that the drain could back up again.He was didnt do any work that was not necessary.He even changed the course of the recommendations which turned out to be more econmocal and made sense to me. He kept me in the loop.i'm grateful for that. Im going to keep these people in my phone book.

    Fixing a leak

    Aaron explained each step of the process very clearly. He was polite and did a really good job finding out where the leak originated. He replaced what was needed and cleaned up everything before he left. He checked, then double checked, then triple checked that all was well before he left too. I'd definitely recommend them and will call them if I need any other plumbing work done.

    All my problemds were solved in one visit

    I found this company this to be great.I called this morning and spoke to Natasha and she sent a technician out the same day,I had 4 minor problems in the house and all were solved.He checked my Jacuzzi and replace the fuse,now it works! after 5 years.I did miss it and now I can use it.The stopper now works and so does the pump.I'm extemely please with the Water Works.     Kitec Repiping in highrise buildings

    I am a consulting engineer who routinely inspects and certifies Kitec repiping to satisfy condominium requirements on behalf of suite owners. WaterWorks Plumbing has completed such projects with minimal disruption and high quality of workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending the first for this highly specialized work.

    Plumbing Repair

    My experience with Waterworks Plumbing and Drains was delightful. Not only were they prompt, they repaired the minor issue I had without suggesting I needed anything more than what was needed. Some plumbers would have tried to gauge me but not these guys. I would highly recommend them and plan to refer them to my clients.
