    Shower leak.

    Fast, reliable service. Placed a call and within 12 hours Michael was at my door. He found the problem and fixed it within one hour. Job well done. I'm a happy customer.

    Repair burst exterior pipe

    We had a pipe in our garage burst over the winter. Michael and the WaterWorks team responded immediately to my request. They kept me up to date on arrival time and sent a picture of the technician before he arrived. Michael came onsite, gave a quote and was able to repair in the same visit. Helpful, pleasant and excellent workmanship.

    Toilet repair

    A very positive experience. The plumbing specialist, arrived on time, was pleasant, neat and left the place clean. He fully explained what he was going to do, and when he finished explained in detail what he had done. The office was also very efficient, phoning ahead of time and following up afterwards. Overall a very positive experience.

    Plumbing - laundry back up

    First rate service from Michael Yuffa. Came on time, exceptional service, fair pricing. Went above and beyond to help solve the issue. No upsale, no pressure, just great service. Definitely recommend both Michael and Waterworks Plumbing!!

    Plugged toilet

    This price included a service agreement for future service. Larry was very helpful and polite. I would use the company again in the future. He also fixed the handle on the toilet for no charge.

    Work Done Professionally and Reasonably. Very happy

    I booked a service all and got all the work done. I liked the fact that he explained everything to me and was able to repair everything rigt away. I highly recommend this company!

    Toilet repair

    One of my toilets was making a loud hammering noise after flushing. I called Waterworks and they were extremely prompt in getting back to me and setting up an appointment. Aaron showed up on time and was extremely professional. He explained to me what the problem was, suggested a couple of solutions, and was patient with all my questions. He did a great job and was very courteous. He also did a check of all the plumbing in the house. I would definitely recommend.

    Leaky Bathroom

    Aaron was fantastic. He serviced our house on the same day we found a leak. He thought through the issue step by step by process of elimination and found the issue in no time. He was extremely professional and helpful.

    Aaron P

    Great caring company and Aaron P was super, He was very prompt and thorough. He was honest and upfront. Aaron was very knowledgeable and discussed the water issue. He communicated with us very well. It was worth the call.

    Drain blockage

    My main pipe is clogged and backing up into the basement bathtub. The company has been communicating good with me with me since my first call. The plumber Aaron has been great at helping us out with the declogging and explaning the situation. Thanks guys for your help!
