    Bathroom faucet leakage

    Outstanding service received from the technician, Aaron This is my first experience with WaterWorks company- "Wow, I am so impressed and satisfied with the service provided." I had a problem with bathroom faucet leakage. Aaron was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He did a thorough assessment of the problem and explained clearly what were the options available to repair it. Before he began repairing, he would show the price list on how much it will cost. If it is agreed upon, then he starts the work. A very polite, courteous, efficient technician. He also made sure the place is clean and tidy after the work is done. The service I received from Aaron was impeccable and am very happy that I called up WaterWorks. Overall, not just the technician was great, but the service and experience that I received from the company was excellent. Natasha, the office manager provided excellent customer service skills and was very helpful on the telephone too. The entire service provided by the company went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone out there. You will not regret. The service provided is trustworthy and reliable.

    Drain Unclogging

    Aaron came very quickly and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was very personable and helpful in explaining things. So nice to have our drains working! Hope we won't need to call again, but we won't hesitate to do so if we need this service again. Highly recommended!

    Root X Treatment

    Aaron P came in to inspect our new home after we had a blockage in the basement after his consultation he recommended we perform a Root X treatment. He was on time, friendly, knowledgable and great his job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

    Main shutoff valve leak

    I had to shut off the main water supply valve because I needed to put a washer in another shutoff valve. When I turned the main valve back on it started leaking and I couldn't stop it. I called Waterworks and they had Aaron call me back within 5 mins. When he looked at it he initially thought it needed to be replaced but then he worked on it and got it to stop leaking and it ended up not needing replaced. This meant that it ended up costing less than half of what the replacement would have cost, not to mention another $500 if the city had to shut the water off. Aaron was friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service call.

    Toilet Replacement

    Aaron P. (plumbing specialist) came in to replace our toilet. Was fast, professional, and prepared to do the job on the spot. Even took a look under our sink free of charge to tell us if there was an issue with a hose that had a set of vicegrips still attached from a different company we had come in before. Would recommend

    Storm sewer blockage

    Water works responded lmmediately. The service man was Michael. He worked diligently, was very knowledgeable and neat. Most importantly he resolved a blockage problem that had been a headache for some time and gave me thourough advice on how to proceed to the next step. The price was fair and I definitely will use them again when needed. Good people.

    Main drain plugged

    I called around and I felt they would treat me right. Natasha booked us in and Mike showed up a 8am sharp.He cleaned out all the roots from my drain.We also did a Rootx root treatment of which I researched and saw good things about it.He mentioned that he used it at his own home in 2004 and never had a back up since.I'm very pleased with service provided.He didn't try to sell me new sewer lines as I've read online that many others try do .I will ONLY use them and recommend them to my family and friends.

    Main line blockage

    We had a blockage to from our drain in the basement to the main sewar line. Aaron P was sent out to take a look. Aaron was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. At no point did he give me a "never seen that before" feeling LOL. Aaron was able to clear the blockage and cleaned up after. He also discussed a few other issues I was having and gave me insight for potential causes. One of the better customer service experiences I've had in recent memory.

    Dishwasher Installation

    I had the pleasure of working with the Water Works over the weekend. From the moment on the first phone call to meeting with Aaron for the assessment and completing the work, they provided exception service both on the phone and in person.     Kitchen Plumbing Repair

    We had a kitchen plumbing clog and leak issue that required immediate attention. Aaron P. attended at our home on a Saturday and was professional and well spoken about the problem. He explained the issue clearly and dealt with it in a speedy and effective way. We were very satisfied with the repair. I plan on using Water Works again in the future.
