    Kudos to Aaron

    No one likes a surprised clogged laundry tub or the corresponding nauseated feeling of having to call a professional plumber.....but both of these disappeared when Aaron from Waterworks visited us yesterday. Professional, competent and patient with us as well as providing a "I won't leave until you're happy" style was a delight we didn't expect. Five stars for the company that hired Aaron and two more for Aaron himself. Kudos indeed!!

    Plumbing issue

    Our washer created a funky smell so thought we should call a plumber to have a look-see in the pipes/drains. Mike arrived the same day, fixed the problem but also went above and beyond to fix a subsequent issue and even offered up some cost/energy saving ideas! No longer needing to know who to call if any other plumbing issues come up. Highly recommended!

    Fixing various leaks

    This was my first time using this company. They fixed two toilets and replaced a faulty and leaking exterior hose bin. They were very prompt, professional and clean. I would not hesitate to use them again when the need arises.

    Fantastic plumbing service

    Waterworks are very professional and do an amazing job with whatever plumbing work you need. Natasha is polite and thorough on the phone as she understands what needs doing. Michael, the business owner is a master plumber who really knows his stuff and goes out on many of the calls himself. I have used Waterworks 3 times now, and every one has been a positive experience which is saying something when your day starts with toilet water showering down on you through a bathroom fan vent. The cost of the repairs is not cheap, as it rarely is with plumbing, but the job will be done right and in good time. I highly recommend using these guys for all your plumbing needs.

    Leaky pipe repair

    We had a leak in a cold water pipe that damaged some of the finished basement ceiling but it wasn’t obvious where it was originating from somewhere above. Aaron’s methodical approach to pinpointing the source minimized the amount of cutting into walls to explore (there was no way around that), and the source was located & repaired (it was an unusual circumstance that would have originated with a kitchen reno done the previous year). Thank you Aaron for your excellent work!

    various repairs

    attention to detail, personal service, options well explained, suggestions for improvements, follow up as promised, polite from phone to house call, professional in approach and work, they always try to please the customer

    Sump Pump

    Diagnosed sump issue - installation problem by previous contractor plus sump was due for replacement. Waterworks promptly replaced sump and cleaned out sump drainage basin at no extra cost. Fast, pleasant and were friendly with our dog who is overly inquisitive.

    Quick and honest service

    Larry from WaterWorks came by as we had a leak from the bathroom above our kitchen. He quickly deduced that it was from the window in the shower rather than a leaking pipe . Rather than doing any unnecessary exploration he offered the most reasonable solution first. Thanks Larry!

    Leaking toilets

    Michael was quick to diagnose my problem and solve my leaking toilet bowls. He was happy to make extra suggestions about a couple of my other appliances and gave me good advice which will save money in the future. Michael seeks to please and ensure a job well done.

    Friendly, quick and great customer service

    I called Waterworks for a shower head leak after my first plumber didn't come through. Natasha at the office and Michael the plumber were fantastic at listening to my problem, and my dilemma with the other plumber. They came to my rescue and got the job done in record time. Super friendly, helpful people.. a refreshing change to most contractors I've encountered.
