    good service

    He did a great job. He came the same day that we called, and replaced two of out hot water tanks, one had burst, and one was about to burst. He was very responsive, and explained everything we needed to know. I have recommended him to friends, and I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing needs.

    water leaking from the ceiling of my bedroom

    Plumber arrived on scheduled time. He was very professional and quickly found where the problem was. I had a discount based on the fact that they had to move the appointment from am to pm with a very short notice. Very happy for the service. First time I used it I definitely will call them again.

    repair

    Happy with the work. Especially the follow up when I had questions. I'm looking forward to using a new environmental drain unclogger for my two grooming shops because it's more responsible and as well, I have learned that it will help me from having a reoccurring problem. Thank you!

    Dishwasher valve replacement

    It was a great experience, they were quick and efficient. I called on Sunday and they had someone coming the very next day and he was able to fix it, he had to replace the valve. Thanks so much I will definitely be dealing with you again in any upcoming problem.

    Reliable and efficient!

    Annual preventative maintenance plan of $59.95 worth it for peace of mind and good water works! Reliable and efficient team - plumbers Michael (2016 service) and Larry (2015 service) are top notch - experienced, efficient, knowledgeable; reception/office team member Rhonda efficient at booking appointments reminders, advanced notice of arrival, and follow up of satisfaction! Major work done in Jan 2015 of removing garburator, installing sink strainer, and replacing hot and cold water shutoff valves was all done perfectly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with their personal approach to service delivery!

    Foul odor from sinks

    Michael visited our home and was very friendly, personable and professional. Having small children they are sometimes shy and scared of strangers in the house, but being a family man he was able to interact and handle their presence smoothly. He diagnosed our issue within about 10 mins and provided us with solutions and alternatives to handle our issue. We expanded our questioning to other issues for which he extended some valuable knowledge. I certainly would use Water Works again and will recommend Michael and his Water Works team to friends and family.

    Bathroom repair

    I had a few minor repair jobs in the upstairs bathroom, The water works team was helpful in solving the problem in a timely and profession manner. Would work with them again.

    Mixing valve repair

    Both Rhonda and Larry provided excellent professional service. Both kind and expressed knowledge with what needed to be done. They both made sure our household is well taken care of.

    Minor Bathroom Tap Repair

    This is the second time we have used Water Works. Embarrassed to say that the problem was very minor (blocked tap set in older bathroom), but Michael did not gouge us. He removed the offending piece of water heater lining from the aerator, and tightened the tap handles, and just charged for the service call. Problem solved and it did not cost us hundreds! Many Thanks!

    Replace Faucet

    This is the 2nd time I've used Water Works, and I'm happy and satisfied knowing the work is complete and done properly. In each instance, Michael (or Larry) arrived when they said they were going to, and cleaned up any mess and excess materials. Michael did this latest project at my home, and is friendly, professional and helped with an additional issue as well. Thank you very much -- it's so nice to get that faucet finally replaced!
