    Mixing Valve Replacement

    I called this company based on their great reviews. They attended my house within 2-3 hours after my call. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem, as they did not have the part available. They wound up waiving our consultation fee, as they could not fix the problem for us. The estimate provided to us was a lot higher than anticipated.

    Kitchen and Bathroom

    I am always pleased with The Water Works ! From the first phone call to the quality, service, and problem solving is the BEST !     Fixed a leak in the furnace ductwork

    I called WaterWorks plumbing again for a leak in the furnace room. Turns out there were several leaks in the tubing leading from the furnace. The tubing needed replacement. Larry was very helpful in identifying the problem, and Tom took care of it quickly and efficiently. I call WaterWorks for all my plumbing needs - I've used them in the past - and they are quick to answer my calls and have always fixed the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.     Shower Cartridge Replacement

    The water temperature in a tenant's apartment wasn't functioning so I called Water Works. The water works team was prompt, helpful and affordable. Within an hour of calling them (spoke with Rhonda) they had a plumber out to my apartment (Vas) and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem within an hour. Very happy with their service.

    Replaced outside faucet

    My outside faucet started to leak and it need to be replaced. Called up Water Works (always my first call), Larry came by within an hour and fixed in quickly and efficiently. Great service.

    Fixed Toilet

    I had an excellent experience with this company. WaterWorks was able to accommodate to my schedule, called me back when they said they would and the technician whom did the work was courtesy and fast. I would definitely use them again in the future.

    Garbage Disposal

    Pretty simple I called Monday and Michael arrived the same day he recommended that I upgrade the disposal that I purchased and he returned the next day installed it and re routed some pipes. The work was timely , clean and as promised. I recommended them to a colleague and he was overwhelmed with the service. Hard to find any trades to get your house but when you get one who will show up the same day and complete as promised what more could I ask for?

    Repair and install

    We have to get our sinks and faucets installed and I called Michael from Water Works any was fantastic. He showed up on time they even sent us an email with his picture before he arrived. He gave me upfront prices from his catalog book. He was neat and clean unlike other plumbers I've used in the past. It was very refreshing. Thanks he will be my go to plumbing service hopefully I don't need anything done. but they're the guys that I could count on! Andrew Feldstein

    Leaking tub pipes

    Very happy with the repair done for a leaking tub within a business setting. It was a large repair that needed to be done, but it was done well and quickly.

    Great plumbing service !

    The other day one of the valves under our bathroom sink spontaneously popped and water was shooting out everywhere. My aunt referred me to Water Works Plumbing, as they had helped her in the past. This company was extremely responsive, they were able to get out right away, they explained how the charges would work, and even sent me a picture of the plumber via email so I would feel comfortable opening the door when he arrived. A service man named Larry performed the work. He was very helpful, nice and quick. I really appreciate the work done and feel fortunately that I was able to find a good plumber in a good amount of time. Thank you Water Works Plumbing!!!
