I have a great plumber who does not do drain work. He highly recommended Naz. The original request was to replace the lead water pipe coming into our house, and to install a backwater valve in the sewage pipe. Naz put a camera down the old clay tile sewage pipe, which is probably 60 years old. He showed us how badly cracked it was, and full of roots. He advised us to replace it, as it was in danger of collapsing. This extra work affected his schedule, and he deferred some other jobs so his crew could stay on with us. Within 3 days, the trench was dug out outside, the furniture and broadloom were moved out of the way, a hole was dug in our basement floor, the pipes were replaced, the valve installed, the floor hole repaired, the city inspection was done, the hole in the yard filled in and all broadloom and furniture moved back into place. And, my rebate form filled out. We also asked Naz if he could replace a downspout that had blown off in a windstorm, and he got that done as well. This was a much bigger job than anticipated, but we would be have been in for a lot of grief had it not been done. I am beyond thrilled with the service and quality of work.
