    Clearing clogged drain

    I phoned several plumbing services early in the morning to get an estimate on clearing our clogged kitchen drain. They said they'd have someone call me back, or could send someone out "this afternoon". But Mike at Public Plumbing took my call promptly, arranged to come to my house that morning, arrived on time, gave me a firm - and competitive - cost, and set to work with professionalism and real expertise. When the snaking didn't clear the drain Mike was ready with a larger machine, which did the trick. He cleaned up everything neatly when he'd finished, gave me some useful advice on preventing future clogs and was helpful and courteous throughout. I'd recommend Mike anytime! Those other guys? I'm still waiting for them to return my call......

    Plumbing in bathroom

    I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a good and professional plumber. Not only did Naz quickly unclog our sink drain, but he also recommended tips on how to prevent this problem as it did happen regularly in our household. He worked very quickly and was courteous of our time. I found his rates very reasonable and affordable, especially for the high level of service that he and his team provided.

    New Water line to main valve - replacing lead pipe and changing a faucet in the kitchen

    We were very satisfied by the work done by Jon and his team. Jon was very professional. The work was done on time and without much disruption to our lives. The workers were courteous and tidy. It was a major job as our water supply line was very deep into our foundation. The only recommendation I would give is to monitor the removal and transplanting of plants in the garden more, as they did not put them back correctly and I suspect one of our bushes has died with the stress. However, when Jon saw that we had to move them he had his men come back and replace the topsoil. i would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumber.

    leaking faucet

    Vlad came to my house as promised. He was very professional. He actually took the trouble and show me step by step how to fix the problem. I have never been so appreciative. I would recommend his service to everyone. We should have more people like him in this industry. This company is truly honest and I highly recommend his services.

    installation of backflow preventor and new drain in furnace room; replacing sewage pipes out to city's line

    We had a city caused sewage backup and realized that we needed a backflow preventor to protect the house from further problems. Public Plumbing was highly recommended by the contractor who did the emergency clean up so we hired them without doing any comparative shopping. While scoping the pipes they showed that there was extensive root invasion in our sewage pipes and replaced them; they also installed a new drain in the furnace room and attached the drain of the high efficiency boiler. Naz and his team were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

    Pipe leaking

    Outdoor Water Tap

    We had an excellent experience with the services of Public Plumbing. Our outdoor water tap was damaged and leaking - it was 47 years old and had to be replaced. We also decided to move it to a new location to better serve our gardening needs. The estimate was made on Monday afternoon - reasonably priced - and the work was done on Tuesday. The plumbing work began right on time and everything was finished in an efficient manner. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend their services - as we will use them again in the future. They are efficient, professional, and very proud of the work they provide to their customers. Thanks for a job well done!

    Shower - fixed settings..I now have hot water!!

    HUGE THANKS to Naz for helping a stranger with plumbing problems. I flagged him on my street (saw the truck) - he took the time to not only look at my issue - but solved it in a flash. Honest, professional and most importantly kind - would call him back in a heartbeat - thanks again Naz!

    Flushing problem with toilet

    When my toilet stopped flushing,fixing it was not something I wanted to delay. I Googled "plumbers",but I find it hard to choose from so many available choices,so I called a friend who recently had a plumbing issue. That was how I got contact info of Public Plumbing. Timely, clean, professional service- I'm glad I contacted them. Will definitely recommend these guys and will use their services myself in the future!

    Faucet replacement

    We had to have the sink faucet in the bathroom replaced. Naz, one of the public plumbing representatives, did the work. We are happy with his work and recommend him to others.
