Paul and his staff were very professional and kind. I would have given them a 12 out of 10 if I could have! They did a thorough and terrific job cleaning our ducts. They even provide a courtesy call after the work is finished so you can let them know how they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to have their ducts cleaned.

I read reviews on HomeStars and decided to contact The Duct Cleaning Specialist for duct cleaning in my house. When I contacted The Duct Cleaning Specialist, they were fully book until November 25, 2013. I asked to be on their waiting list and if they could contact me when they had any opening or cancellation so that I could get my duct clean asap. Luckily, there was an opening for us. I could have our duct cleaning done early. Thanks so much to Mariela and Paul! The Duct Cleaning Specialist is fantastic. Paul was great. He is very friendly, precisely on time, polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. My aunt was worried that we would be late to pick up the children from school, but they did the work very quick and efficient. We were able to go to pick up the children from school on time. We are very happy with the result and their service. I've never written any review on the internet, but The Duct Cleaning Specialist is so great that this is my first time to write a review online. Nick & Adrian from The Duct Cleaning Specialists were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time & were very courteous & friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the service they were providing & they also took the time to explain exactly what they had done. Most importantly, they very, very clean & respected my home. They took their shoes off & did not leave a mess whatsoever which was very satisfying after the horrible experiences we've had in the past with other duct cleaning companies. Mark arrived precisely on time and did a fantastic job! Polite, ready and able to answer all of my questions, he set to work on a BIG job (a century old home and I have a grooming business in the basement) Photos of before (yuck!) and after (wowza!) assured me that we will be breathing easier and the furnace need not work so hard. Mark cleaned everything and made sure the furnace was working before he left. In this service industry, the Duct Cleaning Specialists deserve top marks!

These guys were FANTASTIC! they came in and did a very thorough job from top to bottom. THey made no mess and were very professional. I have noticed right away that my dust allergy have been much better since the cleaning. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We were looking on the home stars site for a reputable company to have our ducts cleaned. Since we hadn't done it since we bought our house in 2006, and have done many renovations since then, we knew we were overdue but were reluctant to trust just anyone...or any "deal". What drew me to The Duct Cleaning Specialists was not the endless good reviews, but the fact that the owner would reply with genuine caring responses. We have an old house, built in 1889, so our ducts are probably like a maze...I was not home when they did the cleaning, my husband was and he said they were professional and thorough. The price was as quoted on the phone and not a penny more. Thanks again, and we will definitely call you again in about 5 years unless we win the lottery to do more renos before then!! LOL!!

Two nice young men arrived on time, explained the procedure to me, showed me 'before and after' pictures of my ductwork on their mobile phone, were neat and tidy, and did a great job. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

We used The Duct Cleaning Specialists to clean our ducts after a renovation. It was a very busy time of year but they managed to book us in promptly. Mark came onsite (on time) and was very polite and courteous. He and his partner were in and out in no time and even showed me before and after pictures of their work. Great service for a great price!!
