    Duct Cleaning

    Johnny and Matt came to do the duct cleaning and were absolutely unbelievable! They were on time, very professional, courteous, thorough and walked me through each step that was going to happen. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job, and I appreciated their honesty and trustworthiness. 5 Stars all around, would definitely recommend to anyone!

    Duct cleaning

    I bought an online coupon for duct cleaning, knowing we'd need it eventually.. Well, we wound up renovating the kitchen and much of our ground floor, so I scheduled the cleaning for just after he finish of the reno. The scheduling was simple, and then Paul and Johnny who came onsite were super professional, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. They worked very cleanly, and showed me pictures from inside my vents, before and after the cleaning. Wow! Soooo glad we used this service! They also recommended the filters I need for ongoing maintenance, and made sure there wasn't a question unanswered before they left. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again in the future!

    Duct Cleaning

    I had my duct cleaning performed today and my experience was fantastic. The owner of the company actually came to clean my ducts and he was very professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did he do a very thorough job, he also showed me that my humidifier filter needed replacement and he explained everything that he was doing along the way. I felt very confident that my ducts were super clean after the 3 step cleaning method (first vacuum, then brush, then power air pressure). Very professional. Very reasonable price for the amount of work/labour. Took about 3 hours to do the whole job.

    Duct cleaning

    We just completed major renovations on our home. We wanted to be sure that the air we were breathing was clean and not full of sawdust and plaster particles! After seeing the great reviews online, we decided to call the Duct Cleaning Specialists. They were courteous and prompt in setting up an appointment. When Matt and Jonathan showed up, they were extremely polite, careful, and diligent. They spent a great amount of time in our small house to make sure the air we (and especially our toddler!) breathe is clean. They were also great about providing general information about ductwork, furnace, ac, etc. We were just so impressed by this small business with dedicated, professional employees. Would definitely recommend them!

    Duct Cleaning Service for 3 houses

    I was asked to find a duct cleaning service for my Mom's house and found The Duct Cleaning Specialists has a very good reviews online. We were lucky to find a great deal on Groupon. The service was excellent and staff were very polite, on-time and helpful. For sure I will use them again and would recommend this company.

    Duct Cleaning

    Did our research & decided on this company. From the first contact to the completion of the job, they are excellent. Process was explained to us, time was set & the Technician (Mark) was at the door on time. Mark explained the procedure involved, and showed me before (not pretty) & then after he was finished. Incredible difference. Mark is a quality individual all the way, and knows his craft. We can highly recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists to anyone that needs the service. The Cuffs Stouffville

    Duct Cleaning

    I was very pleased with the customer service provided by Mark Rowe (from The Duct Cleaning Specialists) who worked very hard to clean the ducts in this house. The company gave me an estimate in writing and he came in on that estimate and did not add any extras on the day They were offering an Aug deal I got it at a great price. He showed me before and after and explained everything he did. He did a very clean tidy up behind himself. The company deserves the stars it's getting. Thanks Mark I can breath easier. Before setting up the apt the staff on the phone explained everything to me and did a reminder call to confirm time & date. Very professional all the way.

    Duct Cleaning 4 Bedroom Home

    I had used The Duct Cleaning Specialist in the past, and based on their reviews thought to try them out again for my new home. I went for their full cleaning package, and when they reviewed the ducts, they said they were all clean and there was no need for a full package. They did a basic clean of the vents and only charged me for this service, saving me money. Their integrity and honesty is to do what is right for the customer...excellent service.

    Duct cleaning

    Fantastic! I am a first time home owner, and just recently closed on my place. I had wanted to make sure that everything was fully clean top to bottom including the duct work as I have some allergies to dust. Paul and Johnny came over promptly during the allotted time, prepared for work. They went straight to the furnace to check things out, and then asked if I wanted to take a look to see "how bad" it was inside. To all of our surpise, the place looked clean! Clean enough that I actually probably didnt need the deep cleaning that I had ordered. Paul was very fair in letting me know that although I could still opt for the deep cleaning, it really wasnt necessary and that a light cleaning would do for a smaller amount. This tells and shows a lot about the integrity of the company where they are willing to work with you to keep costs low. I found that after purchasing a home, the costs are never ending and where and when you can save is definitely most appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Paul and his crew to anyone I know, as I saw hands on what kind of equipment they use and would definitely use them again when the time comes. I consider even a basic cleaning money well spent, as being a first time owner I also got some tips, pointers and advice which I feel is money well spent. The best companies not only come and do the job for you, but they also tell you how to keep things going and why you should. Thanks again Paul and Johnny!
