I was so impressed by this company that I had to write a review. They were professional and truly cared about there work which is very hard to find these days.

duct cleaning
Paul and his team were great. I had had my ducts cleaned by them in the past and was pleased with the service, but we were doing construction so I wasn't sure if I needed to have them cleaned again. they came out to my house and looked at my ducts and told me that they didn't need any servicing and didn't charge me anything... in fact they left me with a gift card for coffee! It was so nice to have an honest assessment.

Air ducts cleaning.
Amazing people. Paul and Steve, came to our house to clean our air ducts. Came on time, look at our system. And said to me that "your air ducts are clean and no need to spend about $275, I was like, is Paul for real? no wonder there are so many amazing reviews about his business. We decided to have our vents cleaned for $85, even though they suggested we can do it on our own with ease. I will definitely recommend Paul and Steve to all my friends. Oh! Steve asked me to write that he did most of the work! ha ha ha, just kidding Paul. Thank you very much, the service is amazing. Have a nice evening.

Duct Cleaning
Incredibly professional and thorough outfit. Even when there was a slight problem afterwards, they came right back and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend them to anyone in the GTA looking to get their ducts cleaned.

For those reading this, there was a problem with a blockage in the dryer exhaust that our technicians forgot to clean out, and when they tried using the dryer, no air was exhausting. So we got everything cleaned out and all is working properly. home duct cleaning
We needed to have our ducts cleaned in the house which, to my knowledge, never had its ducts cleaned. Occasionally there was a foul smell coming out from one of the ducts in my son's bedroom. No such problem any more after the cleaning job. Very professional team of people; from the initial phone call to the actual work done. They were on time, and completed their work in less than 3 hours. I would warmly recommend this business. Fair and honest people!

Duct Cleaning
This company was great in every way! Easy to contact, showed up on time, personable employees, and did a great job of cleaning out my ducts, furnace, A/C, and dryer.

Basic Package
After I watched the CBC Consumer Report episode about terrible duct cleaning services around GTA, I've decided to pick a company that is a NADCA member, in order to get the best service. On the NADCA website you can find a member in your area. Then I went on homestars to find Duct Cleaning Specialist having the best rating. They came at the scheduled date and they were very knowledgeable and professional. After almost 2h they left the place clean but most important ducts were clean. I got really good advice about the furnace filters and I'm happy to find out how involved they are with the community. I'm very satisfied and I'm sure I got the best duct cleaning service.

Duct Cleaning
We called Duct Cleaning Specialists after reading such great reviews here on Home Stars. They were able to give us an appointment in a very short turn around time which was great as we wanted to get it done sooner than later. We discussed options on the phone and when they arrived on time, Paul had a look at the furnace and because it was brand new, determined it didn't need cleaning. He then decided I needed a basic cleaning of the vents and air return which cut the cost down to more than half of what I thought I'd be paying, He could have easily pretended the whole system needed a thorough cleaning, but instead was honest about it which was appreciated. After the work was done, he showed me before and after pictures proving that the air return had been cleaned and that there was a significant difference. Now the house feels much cleaner and doesn't get as dusty as it used to. Overall, they were very friendly and comprehensive and also threw in some filters for the vents and air return at no extra cost. They also provided me with a gift certificate from Tim Hortons which was just a nice added touch. I would definitely hire these guys again and highly recommended them.

Duct cleaning
We chose The Duct Cleaning Specialist based on the great reviews on Homestars. Mark and Matt arrived on time and were courteous and friendly. We have two furnaces and extensive dust work. Mark and Matt got right to work and efficiently completed the cleaning in about 2 1/2 hours. The invoice was exactly what I expected. All in all a very good experience.

Duct Cleaning
I am really satisfied with the service. I contacted them and booked an appointment by email. They arrived on time, they explained me everything they were doing specially the importance of using brushes and how they clean completely all the ducts (not just vacuum). They told which filters were good and how to replace them in the future. My house smell so good, you can clearly see that they know how to do a great job. I really recommend this company the job and the service is amazing! Thanks Paul and Steve
