I have never written a review before but Paul and his crew are so stellar I had to recommend them. I first hired Paul based on his excellent Homestars review to clean my ducts post construction. He came on time, was exceptionally professional and respectful of my home, left the ducts in excellent shape and my home immaculate for the exact price he quoted me. He then offered his services to change my filters as needed which he did for a very low price, even leaving spare clean filters if I was inspired to change them myself at no cost. When I ran into issues with a poorly functioning air return, I called Paul for advice on who to call to camera the lines to see if they were blocked. Despite a very busy schedule, he offered to come the next night with his own HVAC duct camera to see if he could help. I didn't ask what it would cost because I was grateful he would come so quickly and I knew Paul would be fair. He and his team (Matt and Steve- both wonderful) showed up on time, with camera and vacuum in tow to clean up any mess, and they spent 45 minutes looking into all the return air ducts and discovering one main branch had become blocked with some stray builders insulation. Not only did they find the problem, they did it professionally, enthusiastically and then meticulously left every room as clean as they found it, vacuuming any dust as they went.
I was thrilled with the result and very happy to pay whatever they asked. Paul then - in true form- refused any fee, saying he was happy to provide an ongoing customer with good customer service. Just absolutely above and beyond.
