    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    From the time I made my first call to the moment they left my house the experience was professional well done. They met my tight timelines and informed me on what they were doing every step of the way. I have had my ducts cleaned twice and Mark and Adrian found old garbage from the builder. Mark and Adrian were great, punctual and great quality, super nice. I would recommend their service and use them again. Thanks for the great service!

    Complete duct cleaning

    Being a first time home buyer and new comer to Canada, it was really important for us to find a reliable contractor and somebody we could trust. Paul and his team offered all that. Information ahead, detailed explanation provided by Paul and his team . They were running a bit late but they kept us informed and did provide a perfect job. Last but not least, Paul is higly involved in fund raising for charity. We need more contractors such as Duct Cleaning Specialist. Thank you Paul.

    Duct Cleaning phone inquiry

    First impression counts. Spoke with Paul of the The Duct Cleaning Specialists about doing a job in Georgetown. He said that his company does not go that far due to economic reasons. However, he referred me a company to call but gave me a walk-through of how the job should be done and some caveats to watch out for. He is a true professional on the phone and expectedly to be so, even in person. I just wish I can work something out with him to do our duct cleaning for my family's welfare and my peace of mind.

    Duct Cleaning

    I got my air ducts cleaned 2 years ago after extensive renovations. Recently I learned of all the air duct cleaning disreputable providers and suspected that I had also fallen victim. So I went on Home Stars to find a legitimate company to remove all the plaster that I thought might still be in the air ducts. I called several and went with The Duct Cleaning Specialists largely because of the extensive information relayed during our conversation. It seemed Paul knew what he was talking about, and willingly guaranteed I'd be able to view the job through the camera both before cleaning and afterwards. Paul's cousins arrived promptly and when showing me the camera view, we all realized that my ducts had indeed been properly cleaned earlier. I actually didn't need the service at this time. I accepted the service fee for coming and bringing in all their gear, as was only fair. To my shock, Paul called later and offered to reduce the $85+tax fee to $45+tax. I am shocked, and feel this deserves a top rating. Talk about service!

The previous company that did the work for you, did a decent job, and really all we had to do was vacuum out the vents, which anyone can easily do, so just charging you for our time to come out was fair, so glad you appreciated the adjustment to the service call as you were not far of a travel for us anyways.     Duct Cleaning

    First of all I must say that your company has great customer service! I bought a Groupon deal and did not realize the time had expired. I spoke to Paul and without hesitation he honored my expired voucher. We fixed a date and the cleaners came right on time, they were professional, courteous and very tidy. Thank you Paul, keep up the good work.

    Duct Cleaning

    The guys were on time and very professional. They did a great job and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbours. They explanied everything to me and said I do not need it again for 5 - 7 years unlike the fly by night ones who recommend every year. Thanks again.

    Duct cleaning post construction

    On time, on budget and made a real difference to some of the air flow in the house. Very impressed! Would easily recommend them again given their professionalism and follow-up. Would be nice to have more contractors like this.

    Duct Cleaning

    Recently bought a house that we wanted the ducts cleaned in. The air returns looked filthy along with many of the vents, so we opted for the full package to ensure our air quality was as good as possible. When Paul showed up, he showed me that the ducts were really not bad at all, and that a full service was not required. They were happy to perform one for us, but advised that a thorough vent service, along with a new filter and furnace cleaning would give us pretty much the same result, and save a significant amount of money. What can I say,.. saves me a few hundred bucks (literally) from what I was expecting to pay, and they were in and out and less than 2 hours. They arrived on time, were very tidy, and additionally took the time to patiently answer some related questions that I had around our HVAC system. Cannot recommend enough and in fact, lined up 2 more houses for them before they even left mine today! Thanks again guys, and stick to your roots... I wish all businesses were run with this much honesty and attention to customer care.

    Air duct cleaning

    The guys did a fantastic job. Me and my son had issues of stuffy nose every night, and I noticed that our builder had not cleaned our home at all. After the Duct CLeaning Specialist came, and explained everything they were going to do, I did see a massive difference in our air. Thank you for cleaning my furnace for free too and thank you for your honest service. I will be honest, i was a little skeptical but I could not be more happier than this with your service. Thank you again, I know I will not need you for a long time but I will definitely recommend you to other people.

    duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, humidifier check

    I was too nervous about hiring a fly by night duct cleaning company so went with this company after reading homestars reviews. I got exactly what i read about in the reviews. They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. Steve explained the process and they both took pride in doing the job well. I recommend them hands down and I wish every company I had to deal with were as professional, helpful, honest, and efficient as they were. Very happy with the work done and plan to use them in the future. Plus, there is something to be said for a company that donates to charitable causes the way Paul does. Thank you Paul!
