    Dryer Duct Cleaning

    All I can truly say is....WOW! Words cannot really describe how impressed I am with the service I experienced with Duct Cleaning Specialists. I placed a call to them earlier this week to get our dyer duct work cleaned since our dryer had been over heating and not working efficiently – at times taking 2 or 3 cycles to dry a load of laundry. What I thought would be a routine dryer duct cleaning, turned into something more serious. They had discovered that there was a disconnection of our vent pipe in the wall and as a result a coating of dryer lint was now lining inside the drywall! They fixed the problem and replaced some of the faulty pipes that were there from before we moved into our house. We are beyond grateful to the guys for going above and beyond! Not only did they do a great job of cleaning our dryer duct but also fixed a serious situation, preventing what would have been a very dangerous fire. When they were all done, I was shocked to see that on the invoice, we were not even charged for the extra work that was done and but only for few small parts needed. I am well aware that this was by far not an easy task. I am truly blown away by their level of professionalism and customer care!!! In this day and age, customer service of this magnitude is absolutely unheard of!!! I am BEYOND impressed to say the least and they now have a new customer! Thanks to Matt and Steve, our dryer is working great again and having the peace of mind that it’s no longer a fire hazard is priceless! :) Definitely will be recommending them to all our family and friends who need this service. I can absolutely see why these guys are rated the best – I can’t say enough great things about them!

    Duct Cleaning

    This company returned my call promptly and booked a Saturday appointment, which was great. The technicians, Steve and Mat, were punctual, pleasant and happy to answer questions about the cleaning process. The company sent me a work order with the price in advance of the work, and offered an additional furnace cleaning service with a donation to the North York Food Bank, which I thought was a great idea. I wanted to get my ducts cleaned because house-sitters complained of stuffiness. Since getting the cleaning by The Duct Cleaning Specialists, the air in the house is fresher and I notice I'm much less sniffly in the mornings than I was before the cleaning. Last year I used a discount coupon get my ducts cleaned last year by another company. The cleaning was not thorough, plus one of the technicians warned me that the other would try to scare me and upsell me, which he did. My experience with The Duct Cleaning Specialists was great, and I am comfortable recommending them to any homeowner.

    Duct Cleaning

    Even though Duct Cleaning gets a bad rap and no one really knows if you should or shouldn't get your ducts cleaned, I had the most wonderful experience last week having the ducts cleaned in my home. The service was efficient and easy. My interaction with Paul Hannah, the owner of the company was excellent. I was so pleased. Best of all is this -- when I asked Paul how often one should have the ducts cleaned in their home (I was expecting him to say every 2 years), he answered every 10-15 years. Now that's an amazing honest reputable person. Highly Highly recommend this company

Every couple years you should have the system inspected (NOT NECESSARILY CLEANED) but that way you can keep tabs on the condition and equipment. Keeping up to date on maintenance will help not only to keep the system itself cleaning but operating at maximum efficiency and prolong the life of the system.     Duct cleaning

    Very professional team, from the technicians to the sales staff. Communication from all involved was very good as well. The service performed was quite good as well, and over due! Thanks Guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    WOW, It's so rare now a days that you have such a positive experience with a service company. I cannot speak highly enough of Paul and his team. They showed up right on time, and did the inspection of my furnace and ducts and shocked me when they said the work was not needed! Paul showed me pictures and simply said these don't need to be cleaned and gave me the option of either having a inspection service done or no service done. I was astounded, I went ahead and had the inspection service done. They did such a great job, i would recommend them to anyone i know and will be calling them in the future when i need the ducts cleaned again.

    Duct Cleaning

    Had our duct cleaned and it was great, smelled nice afterwards as it was cleaned with an organic herb mix compound. Paul was a hard worker and wanted to leave with a good expression and it was successful. Would definitely have him come in again but it seems like he did such a good job I probably wouldn't want my duct cleaned for a really long time. We wanted other vents such as the bathroom, dryer and main furnace cleaned but he gave us a totally understandable reason why he couldn't do it as we had to fix them first - the bathroom vent is broken and needs to be replaced (no wonder we hear birds in there). The dryer vent was paper and needs to be replaced for fire hazards, and the furnace didn't need to be cleaned as the filter was placed the wrong way so it wasn't dirty at all. I am happy that he helped balance the ducts as some of the inner vent caps were closed and broken as well. He also replaced all the vent plug holes with proper ones. Before he left he gave us a list of schedules of what we should be doing next with out ducts which I thought was thorough.

    cleaning & disinfecting

    We decided to have our ducts cleaned after the arrival of our young baby girl. When Paul and Steve arrived they determined that a basic cleaning was all that was needed. They explained everything along the way, and it was much cheaper then we expected! These guys are friendly, honest, and they know what they are doing.....I'd definitely recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    We needed them to come urgently in December 2012. In spite of being busy they came and got rid of the dust from our renos. Excellent manners, attention to detail and we are dust free. The two men who came answered our questions and this company was not there to take your money. They were half the price of Direct Energy and other companies who nickle and dime us.

    duct cleaning

    Used these guys when my parents were moving out of their home. Very professional and were helpful in explaining what was happening. They worked within the timeline given and even worked around our schedule.

    Duct cleaning

    I used this company when we first moved into our "new" 80 year old home in Toronto September 2011. Paul came in and explained what was going to happen and kept me in the loop as they were going along. Can't remember the cost but i do know it wasn't expensive and we also participated in the fund raiser at the time so that was added bonus for us and the charity. They were very friendly and efficient and of course informative. I'm glad we used homestars because we had a different cleaning company come to our previous home and they blew all the dust and whatever debris was in the vents outside so our entire backyard was covered and looked like the northpole instead of summer.... so needless to say when i saw everything hook up to the truck i was VERY happy i didnt have to clean the outside of our home as i had to do with the other company. We're A little late, but still thankful.
