    Duct Cleaning

    I recently had the ducts cleaned after a 3 year long renovation. Your representative, Moustafa, was on time, seemed genuinely friendly and worked diligently. He was thorough and cleaned up after himself. A job well done. I commend The Duct Cleaning Specialists for getting involved in local charities and I will recommend your service to others.     Duct cleaning

    We used The Duct Cleaning Specialists to clean our duct system following a major house renovation. They were very easy to deal with. They arrived on time and were very thorough in their cleaning. The system even seems to be running better since they cleaned the ducts. Thanks!

    Air Duct Cleaning

    This company has great reviews and now I understand why. Steve arrived at my house on time (actually he was a little early) and was ready to go. We went downstairs to the furnace room and right away he pointed out a couple of things that would make the furnace operate more efficiently and save me money. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was careful and respectful of my property. He was couteous and did a very thorough job. He even went beyond and did a few other things. I would not hesitate to use Steve again and highly recommend him and the company.

    Duct Cleaning

    After receiving a quote for duct cleaning services from my usual go-to maintenace company, I decided to search out comparitives. I was impressed with The Duct Cleaning Specialists' web-site , the fact that this company is local and the competitive prices. II received great service, over the phone and during the appointment. The tecnicians arrived promptly, were respectful, toward me and my home. The cleaning process was explained and professinally executed. I am happy! B in the Beach

    Very professional and friendly service. Steve came early, worked hard and gave me very professional advice on how to keep my home clean with tips on when to monitor my furnace, ducts and humidifier.     Cleaning all ducts in house, furnace, ac, dryer

    I don't usually write reviews (the cynic in me believes that family, friends and fools write them to draw more business) but feel compelled to write one for this service. Impressed with professional courteous service. Showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and then got straight to it. Fixed a small problem with the dryer vent at no cost. At the end of the service there was a small problem with my furnace fan. Immediately focused on solving the problem and going as far as to call in another company when they were not sure that they could fix.. Cancelled when they found the loose wire and fixed the problem. No charge to me.House spells great. No secret charges - cost as advertised including a discount for sponsoring a worthy cause. Impressive. Now a customer for life and would recommend the company to my family and friends. Hope they continue with the exemplar customer service - most refreshing.

Customer Service is very important to us, and if it was our error (which it was in this case) and we are unable to correct it, we will make sure the problem is taken care of at our own cost. Very rare does this happen, but it does happen, and its just a case of how the problem is rectified.     Full system cleaning

    I purchased a new home where the previous owner had a large dog. The duct work was clogged with fur... actually the whole house was covered in fur. I booked the Duct Cleaning Specialists and they were very prompt to return my call and schedule an appointment. Steve showed up on time and was prompt to inspect the system. Although I had asked for a full system cleaning, part of the system was in fairly clean condition and he made sure I was aware of this and recommended that it didn't need any cleaning. This saved me about $50. Talk about honesty. He was extremely efficient with his work and was very polite. With all the ducts being clogged with dog hair, he took his time to scrub them down and get as much of the dog hair out. He also taught me a few tricks to keeping my ventilation system clean. One last note, the way they sanitize your duct work uses natural products and makes your home smell like lemon and thyme. It's really refreshing and smells great. I highly recommend booking these guys. They are honest, hard working, detailed oriented, professional, and most of all, take pride in their work. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

    Duct cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned on July 18th. Mat and Ryan showed up 10 minutes early. They did an excellent job (as far as I could tell!), and worked with a minimum of mess and disturbance. Janet liked the relatively low noise level. At completion, the system was sanitized. We both appreciated the courtesy shown us (rare these days), and the information provided. Thanks to them both, and to Paul for the favourable price.

    Cleaning Ducts

    Steve showed up on time with a smile on his face ready to work. Our ducts had not been cleaned in MANY years and Steve did a very thorough job on cleaning them. He was efficient, and there was absolutely no cleanup for me afterwards, which with two small kids was super important. I will be recommending Steve and The Duct Cleaning Specialists to my friends and family.
