    Duct Cleaning Services

    Paul and Steve were very pleasant and comfortable to have in our home. They were professional and left my home clean and smelling GREAT! They even spared a few moments to entertain my childrens interest. Good job guys!

    Duct Inspection/Cleaning

    Chris and Steve arrived right on schedule.(Actually a few minutes early which was a nice surprise.) They made a preliminary review of the furnace facilities and the number of cold and warm air vent locations and advised me of what their process was and approximately the time it would take. Carefully moved their equipment in and completed the job in less than 2 hours.Their duct sanitizer spray left a pleasant clean smell in the house. I'm very pleased and happy with the care and expertise of this company and it's employees.

    Duct Cleaning

    I would like to comment on the level of professionalism that Paul and him team demonstrated. They were unbelievable. They arrived on time, explained details and cared for my house while moving around. I can't thank them enough for the job they did. They actually pulled out big pieces of concrete from our ducts that previous cleaners clearly missed! We will recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you again.

    Duct Cleaning

    The company exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous and honest. They explained the process in detail before beginning and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

    Duct Cleaning

    I Ordered duct cleaning service since we just completed our basement renovation. Paul and Mat arrived on-time and proceeded to thoroughly evaluate our system. Paul deemed that our system was actually in a much cleaner state then anticipated. His recommendation was to simply provide a basic service call and utilize a high powered shop vac to clean up the bit of dust that accumulated, rather than using the truck vac. We appreciated his honesty as he easily could have easily charged for the full job even though it was uneccesary. Paul took the time to explain and show me everything, even presented me his binder with info, insurance, duct cleaners of ontario certification. Would definitely recommend them, They are one of the most honest companies I have met. Paul keep up the great work and honesty John

Also, just to clarify, because some companies might use that as a gimmick, there is no Duct Cleaners of Ontario Certification, its the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, and we are 1 of only 30 companies in the entire province of Ontario that are certified. People can visit www.NADCA.com to find out who actually is certified, because here on homestars, some companies state they are, but infact, have no clue what NADCA actually is. So people need to be careful and do some research, not just base it solely on reviews.     Duct Cleaning

    Steve arrived at the scheduled time and took a look at the ducts in our new home. He showed me why he recommended a full cleaning, which I saw was a necessity. Throughout the job, Steve continued to show me his progress so that I could see the impact of his work. He was both professional and friendly, and got the job done. I've recommended The Duct Cleaning Specialists to our new neighbour and a co-worker.

    Ordered duct cleaning service based on a four year span since it was last cleaned. The scheduler managed to squeeze me in for a last-minute app't. Technician arrived on-time and proceeded to thoroughly evaluate our system. His report deemed that our system was actually in a much cleaner state then anticipated. His recommendation was to simply provide a basic service call and utilize a high powered shop vac to clean up the bit of dust that accumulated, rather than using the truck vac.     Excellent duct cleaning

    The two guys came by on time and did a very thorough job cleaning our ducts. They were polite and explained what they doing and why they were doing what they did. They were patient and asked if we had questions through out their entire time here. They put down clothe where the main vacuum pipe went into the basement and took off their shoes when they entered the house. Highly recommended.

    Duct cleaning

    Paul's team cleaned our ducts in mid January so i'm a little late with this review. With that said, I wanted to say thanks to Paul's team for a fantastic job. My last duct cleaning experience with another company was not good. They rushed the job, bent my vents out of shape and then wanted me to buy an expensive filter. This time around it was 100% different- I was walked through the process, then told I did not need a complete cleaning and as such saved some cash & who doesn't like to save a few bucks. In the end, all was cleaned up very nicely and I can tell the job was done very thoroughly Much appreciate the great job and I will be recommending your company. Thanks

I'm really glad that you were able to compare your experience with us to the last company. Chances are they weren't a certified company, as there are only 30 in the entire Province of Ontario.
