Hey Laura, thanks for this great review. I am glad that you hired us for the work, but hopefully it was more than you just based it on reading our reviews :( Anyone can get reviews about how great service was, this and that, but why are these companies not properly certified or insured? Most people just hire a company because of price, and don't take the time to actually check them out further. A lot of people spend hundreds of dollars, even more than what we would have charged for a full system cleaning, and the sad part is, the job is never done properly. Pleased to read you were happy with our service and that you will be able to keep up to date with the filter maintenance, just give us a call if you need any help again. Also, thanks for referring your mother in law to us. I believe we are doing her on the 20th, so thanks for that and any other that you swing our way. Bob, I really appreciate you taking the time to send me over this email. It makes us feel good about what we do and glad you appreciate our work. Things happen, sometimes its us that have to postpone at the last minute, so it goes both ways. Glad we were able to get it done and work to each others schedule. There are hundreds of companies out that there do duct cleaning, only a handful that are certified and do it properly, but a lot of homeowners have no clue until it is shown first hand, like your situation. We make it fun to work, doing different charity donations, attending events with our mascot, and when we do the work, we make sure it is done properly, so people appreciate that. We always inspect the system to make sure it actually warrants the need for a cleaning, that would be beneficial. In your case, just having the return ductwork cleaned out and supply vents cleaned of the construction debris, was all that was needed, as the system overall was in good shape.
