Paul was absolutely great to deal with from start to finish. Best way to reach him is by email - he started by giving us a full detailed quote, including information on his certifications. He gave us a few options of when he could do the work (the wait was no more than a week or two), and he showed up when he said he would (actually, he called first to see if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled). Though we had booked his company to do a basic clean, when he arrived he found that our ducts were pretty clean. Instead, he cleaned out the dryer exhaust, replaced the humidifier filter (and showed me how to do it for next time), vacummed out the main air return and opened and looked at the furnace (I wasn't there for this part so I'm not sure if he cleaned in there as well - I think it didn't need it). Instead of charging us the full price for the basic clean, he charged us about 40% LESS than he originally quoted, charging us only for a service call, since he said we really didn't need the full clean of all the ductwork. The invoice came in the mail when he said it would - a day or two after the work was one. Really trustworthy, dependable, honest, and genuinely nice guys to work with. I wish they did more than cleaning ducts, I'd definitely hire them again!
