    Duct cleaning

    After an extensive reno, we called Paul again to clean out the construction dust and debris from the ducts in our home. His timing was flexible and his service was again very good. He even replaced my humidifier filter which I had neglected to change in over a year. I highly recommend Paul, his professionalism is top notch!

    Duct Cleaning

    They were extremely professional and personalable It turned out that the vent system was fairly new, so all they needed to do was a basic cleaning and dissinfection. We ended up saving a few bucks because of it. Also, If you are inclined, challenge them to a game of EA hockey and they may knock off 33 percent if you win.

    Duct cleaning on new build

    I contacted Paul at the Duct Cleaning Specialists to have him clean out the ducts on my newly built house after reading some of the positive reviews his firm received on Homestars. Paul arrived early on a Saturday morning with his colleague Matt and he quickly started pulling off vent covers to get an idea of what work was required. Unfortunately, we discovered that most of the vent covers on my newly finished hardwood floors were stuck in place by floor stain and urethane and could not be easily lifted without damaging the floor. Paul informed me that the job would be pretty straightforward once the ducts could be accessed since what was in them was mostly large debris (sawdust, wood shavings). Despite the fact that it cost him an hour of his Saturday morning to come to my house, he did not charge me for the service call even though it wasn't his fault we couldn't get at the ducts. I was able to free my vent covers from the floors over the course of the next day or two and Paul kindly slotted me in for a cleaning ahead of my move-in date. He and Matt arrived punctually (again) and did a thorough job, including cleaning up after themselves as they went through the house. They were extremely professional and friendly, up front about what was and was not required and offered some helpful suggestions on how to better maintain my new HVAC system to boot. I was very happy with the job, the service and the price and was delighted with my first experience sourcing a trade through Homestars. Thanks Paul - excellent work!!

There really was not much dust or debris beyond the boots to clean out, so performing a duct cleaning (basic or full) didn't make any sense.     Duct cleaning at home

    Called in Paul to do a full service cleaning at our 9 year old townhouse. He came did an assessment and determined that we did not need a full cleaning as the system was in good shape. He suggested we do just a basic cleaning. I appreciate the honesty and not selling me something that we did not need. I would highly recommend his services. Thanks Paul!

    New home duct cleaning

    If looking for a reputable company to provide duct cleaning, I would look no further. Based upon previous positive reviews, we contacted the company via email for duct cleaning which Paul answered providing contact detail for further follow-up. Discussing on the phone options, we booked them to come in later in the week for a cleaning. They showed up when planned, reviewed what they were going to do (starting with an inspection) and discussed we’d likely not need a cleaning given new construction and if not, they would do all the returns (where accumulated “debris” sometimes exists by trades working on the house) and the supply vents at each location. There was no pressure to do the work arranged if not required (they would if it was piece of mind for us) but if they felt it was not necessary, they would leave it at an assessment and inspection being done (which was done) including sanitizing the areas they did clean with the inspection. They were extremely professional, courteous and honest (no hard up sell – in fact selling only what was required which was less than we thought), detailed (taping the edges of the metal covering the inspection cut-outs in the main ducts, and clean (when walking by a pile of wood shavings from another contractor working at the same time, they vacuumed those up). I would recommend Paul in a heartbeat anyone asking or looking for duct cleaning (or the other services offered) and will I have them back for all future work I require.

    duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning & repair

    Paul and his assistant were great. Professional, quick and very pleasant . I certainly appreciated the fact that they only sold me the work that I needed, as opposed to other firms I have used in the past.

    duct cleaning, new filter

    A big thanks to Paul and Matt for making this process very simple and painless. Paul quickly inspected our home and figured out we needed the basic cleaning and also replaced our dehumidifer filter. He accurately counted the #returns (I had incorrectly counted extra returns). Fantastic, honest service! We will definitely call upon Paul and his team again! Keep up the great work!

    Duct inspection and cleaning.

    Paul and Matt arrived on time, did an inspection and recommended NOT doing a full clean. They easily could have gone through the motions and I would have paid full price not knowing any better. They discovered a disconnected duct for one of the bedrooms and made some other recommendations and then only charged 1/3 of the price for a full clean. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

    New home duct cleaning

    Another job well done. The guys arrived on time, did a thorough cleaning of the ducts in my newly built home … found all kinds of things that had no business being in a duct system … and charged a fair rate. I’m very happy with the service and definitely recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul is a good guy who takes the business of duct cleaning seriously. The "Mike Holmes" of the corrupt duct cleaning world, you will get no monkey business from this guy. He arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently, while not rushing or skipping through the job. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. The bonuses kept stacking up: $100 off, free dryer vent cleaning, and a contribution to an anti-bullying charity. And most importantly, I can really feel the difference in the air quality of my house! I heartily recommend this company.
