    Air Duct Cleaning

    This was first time having our air ducts cleaned in 5 years. Paul came in and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and did an exceptionally thorough job. Will definitely be referring to others looking to get their air ducts cleaned. The price is reasonable and most of all he is honest about what he is doing and does it extremely well. Now my family can breath easy knowing that the air in our home is clean! Thanks Paul!

    Duct cleaning

    Paul and his team were in a word, great! He took the time to explain why a full duct cleaning wasn't required and did so by using his camera scoping tool. He also found and removed a tennis ball in one of my ducts that I had no idea was even there! What really impressed me was even though I was his first appointment of the day of 4, he took the time to show me a duct that he found wasn't fully connected and took the time to try to reconnect it. I would highly recommend him to family and friends and have already done so.

    DUCT CLNG AFTER RENOS

    Paul was incredible! I booked his service to clean our ducts following major renovations to our home and had to change the date at the last minute as the renos weren't finished. He was able to juggle his schedule to meet ours and that's not all. When he was here doing his thing, the cleaning ladies had no hot water as the hot water tank had been shut down during the renovations...Paul to the rescue with his long lighter and willingness to go the extra mile, lit our hot water tank! Thanks for everything Paul! Oh yes, that reminds me...he also said he was going to come to change the humidifier filter this fall before we start using our furnace, see you soon LOL. Thanks again for the clean ducts & I would highly recommend him and his company!

    Duct Cleaning

    I have just purchase a home in the Leslieville area and wanted to get the ducts cleaned, as the previous owners had pets. I called Paul after reading all these great reviews. He is every bit as awesome as the reviews state. He discussed the options and also offered a discount of $20 if I made a $10 donation to their preferred charity of the month. On the day of the cleaning, Steve showed up on time and took a good look at the job. Steve and his partner seemed really passionate about their job and took great pride in their job. They took the time to show me know to keep the system better maintained and also replaced a couple missing screws that were absent before they arrived. They also sanitized the system and I can report that each passing day the dog smell is getting less and less. Thanks again for restoring my faith that good customer service still exists.

    Duct cleaning

    I would like to thank Paul and Steve for the excellent service they provide. The are professional, honest and reliable guys. Before bringing the equipment in they evaluated what needed to be done and explained me that. They gave me an advice how to maintain the system better. I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

As you know, we always inspect the system prior to cleaning. In your case, it didn't need a cleaning, but your dryer vent, that was a different story.     Duct Cleaning

    We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and outstanding service from the Duct Cleaning Specialists. These are people you definitely want to hire to clean your ducts. After extensive renovations, we called Paul to book a cleaning. He was very polite and quoted us a price but also stated that once he arrived at our home, he would be in a better position to say what type of cleaning service was required. It turns out that a basic cleaning was all we needed, much to our surprise. This ended up costing us less than was originally quoted. In this day and age, when great customer service seems hard to find, these guys are, without a doubt, the best you will find. They are extremely careful, punctual (they actually arrived earlier) and as honest as they come. Don't waste your time calling around for quotes and reading ads that will do the job for less. Call and book them today - we have recommended them to our friends and neighbours. Thanks again Paul.

People should not be fooled by low prices, as these companies are not certified, and have no clue how to really do a proper air duct cleaning. That could make matters in the home worse.     Duct cleaning

    After our renovations, we needed to clean our ducts. We called them and was quoted a reasonable price. The job was well done and we would definitly recommed them to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    They provide excellent service and act professonally as well. I will recomment them to my friends and family. I will use them next time for sure. The cost is very reasonable and competetive.

    Thorough duct cleaning

    I had called some other places first like Direct Energy and Sears. And really all they did was ask me the size of the home and how many vents. And just quoted me a price. That's it. Then I checked HomeStars and found The Duct Cleaning Specialists. When I spoke to Paul at The Duct Cleaning Specialists and gave him the standard info - square footage and number of vents, and I had explained that I had done some renos in the house and was read to paint. Paul was great at explaining the different services and how they differ and from his experience he told me exactly what I needed, and said if I needed a different service based on what they saw on site they could change it, and we booked the appt. It was so easy. Steve was right on time and was extremely respectful of our home, he took off his boots without even asking me, he got rid of some dirty pre-filters I'd forgotten about outside of our home, and he even turned off lights that weren't needed (What service does that? It was above and beyond). He took the time to explain the service and what how the tools work, and even gave me tips on how to keep our ducts and our humidifier filter cleaner and prevent mold. Our 6yr old son has a lot of allergies and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. He was extremely thorough when he did the work. The finished work was very clean. And in the end they spray this natural product in the ducts to clean them and it smelled really nice. My son even liked it. It's great that they are using less chemicals for cleaning. I will definitely call them again next time I need to get our ducts cleaned. They are terrific. But do your homework so you know the difference.

    Duct Cleaning

    This company is very good!! I recently just bought a house which is about 30 years old. I call The Duck Cleaning Specialists to come in and do a full package cleaning. The show up at my house as scheduled and do an inspection before they start. The were totally honest with me and told me the previous owners must have had the ducts cleaned already and there was no point in them cleaning them again. He sprayed the sanitization threw my ducts and gave me a detailed report before he left of how often to get everything cleaned and how to maintain everything. The only charged me 25 bucks. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
