    Duct cleaning

I have nothing but terrific things to say about this company. When I emailed them to arrange an estimate, they responded with all of their rates. This was so helpful. I booked an appointment. When Paul came to our house, he took a look at our furnace. He actually recommended a basic service as opposed to the full service we were going to get. Any vendor who recommends an option to you to save money, is a vendor you can trust in my eyes. He explained why we only needed a basic clean. Definately hire this company.

    Duct Cleaning for New Home

After I sent out quote requests, Paul was the first to reply and his communication from then to after I booked The Duct Cleaning Specialists was excellent. Paul and Matt were very professional in their services, and I appreciated that they were careful in my new home. Certainly a pleasure to deal with, so much so that I immediately referred him after submitting my payment. Thanks again!

    Household Duct cleaning

Well they arrived on time! They were careful with my home and did the best they could to protect it while here. That meant shoes off at the door. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were not out for themselves but out for me! I liked that.

    Duct Cleaning

We are very satisfied with Paul! We hired his services to clean our ducts as we just moved into an older house. He was honest and told us that they in fact did not need to be cleaned. He saved us our money and for that, we are very thankful. We had asked him to check our dryer vents as well, in which he discovered that our venting system is not up to code. So thankfully, we were able to discover this before anything hazardous happened. We would definitely recommend this company and its services.

    Duct Cleaning

First, to get a quote and set up an appointment was very efficient. I prefer to use email, which many do not, but Paul is ready to respond quickly whether you use the web site, email or phone. Paul and Matt were prompt, very friendly, courteous, and clean about their work, using drop cloths, taking off their shoes, and being very careful about the furnishings. Most impressive though, Paul started by talking me through what they were about to do, showed me what was and wasn't in need of a cleaning (not just look at this dust, but rather hey, stick your head in this duct and have a look around...) during his inspection, then strongly recommended the basic cleaning rather than the full cleaning that I had asked for. The result was that I now have clean duct work, and though the initial quote was actually the highest of those I contacted, my final invoice price was lower than the competition.

    Duct Cleaning

Paul was on time, courteous and explained everything. He got the job done in time and helped solve an issue we were unaware of. He also offered a discount if we donated money to a charity which I thought was a nice business gesture. No complaints!

    Answer from pro:

Hi Mike, thanks for taking the time to write a review. Appreciate you using our services and thanks again for making the donation to the current charity we were working with. Together we can all help out and make a difference. On a side note, I ended up going out that same day and picked myself up an iMac... I must say... its a whole different computer experience... Thanks again and look forward to being of service in a couple years. Have a good one. Paul

    Duct Cleaning

I recently purchased a home where the previous owners had a couple of dogs. I am very allergic to them so I called Paul's company to come in and clean the ducts before I moved in. They came over exactly at the time we scheduled and did a great job. He even came back later that evening to drop off a couple of filters I had purchased from him. Great guys, great company, great job. I would definitely recommend them and use him again.

New Construction Duct Cleaning, Must Read Story!

Paul is so the man ..... what a guy !!!! I have recently had the worst 5 months of my life after buying an old home, striping it completely down to the brink and then rebuilding it. Along the way my wife and I got ripped off buy our contractor and had to bring in a new one to fix the structural damage he had caused to our home. We found an amazing HVAC company to do remove the rad's and install ducts for forced air and heating at a great price with super work and that used drawings. The company said it was not a must but would maybe recommend to have the ducts cleaned before starting up the furnace. They said that because the HVAC was not put into the house until close to the end of the reno they probably would not need them but said if we want to have them done, do it. They did not make any recommendations for a company to use as they say its not their end of the business which I respect them for saying. I started making calls and got some quotes over the phone. I ended up getting Paul on the line one morning at 8:30am and he told me that he had just finished a job, was going back to the office that day to get caught up on some paperwork and would stop by and get me all set up as the cold was just upon us and my 8month pregnant wife needed heat in our 95% finished house. He was in the north end of the city, north of the 407 and I'm close to St Clair and Oakwood. Paul showed up on time, did a close inspection of my entire house and came back to me with the following news ..... "Your ducts are clean, clean as they can be and they don't need my services" I was shocked and said this cant be right and he said again "Do you have a shop vac?" "Yes" I responded and he said "Good, get it out later on today, stick the hose down the vent, clean out the debris and start up your brand new 75,000 BTU furnace" How was this possible you ask, the guy drives from an appointment in Newmarket, inspects my house and then tells me he does not want my money and he will come back next year to clean out my furnace, You see this is what a good trade and all trades should be like. Its not about getting your money upfront but rather getting your money for the long haul which is what Paul did with me. My car mechanic is like that .... my breaks squeak, I take my car in and he says listen "You have squeaky breaks, they're almost at the end of their life but super safe and good for another 6 to 8 months, save your money and come back then and I will fix them. I have been using the same guy for the past 11 years on all my cars when out of warranty and will keep using them and thats the way I feel about Paul and his amazing company. Thanks again, Stephen PS.... My house was super warm that week and hope you had a good lunch that afternoon.
