    Duct Cleaning

    I’m not one to write reviews. However, after using this site for the first time to find a duct cleaning service, I am inclined to make a contribution. Below is my feedback on The Duct Cleaning Specialist, and more specifically, on Paul (owner and operator): - punctual: he always arrived on time and called me if there were any changes to his ETA - knowledgeable: he educated me throughout the process of having my ducts cleaned for the first time so that i can maintain them properly and so that i know what to watch out for. - proactive: he puts all of his customers into his calendar so that he can send proactive reminders for regular duct cleanings and other services - honest: he accidentally overcharged me by ~$20 (an honest mistake). i didn't notice the error, but he still wrote me a check and made it right out of his own volition. - friendly: it is a pleasure to do business with paul! - quality: he achieved the desired results; air flow and air quality in my home have improved noticeably. overall, this business transaction exceeded all expectations that i would normally have when scheduling maintenance for my house. excellent customer service! i will recommend paul and his company to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

    Duct Cleaning

    We just had our duct cleaned by Paul yesterday. Paul knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. He cleaned our ducts to a brand new level. He takes his time and doesn't cut any corners. He is pretty much the Michael Holmes (Holmes on Homes) of Duct Cleaning. Excellent job all around! I highly recommend him.

    Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning

    My family and I recently purchased a home and not knowing it's 'cleaning' history we did an on-line search for an air duct cleaning company and came across the excellent reviews given for The Duct Cleaning Specialists --- they did not disappoint. Paul was very friendly and extremely professional and told us exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. His service was very thorough and being new home owners he took the time to explain to what was what and what needed to be replaced when. We will definately be calling on Paul again.

    duct cleaning

    Paul called me 10 mins after I left a message and was at my house the next morning: he spent 2 hours, did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and was polite and friendly. The house smells fresher! His price (an August special) was excellent - I'd certainly use him again, and recommend him to others.

    duct cleaning

    Found Paul by googling him and he did an excellent job with duct cleaning and went above the call of duty. He even helped us with our additional service needs at no extra charge. Paul also gives back to the community. Thanks Paul !

    Duct Cleaning

    From my first meeting with Paul, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He didn't just come in and do the job, he made sure that he had all the equipment necessary to do the best job he could. We live in a very old house with a maze of dirty ducts. Paul did a lot of problem solving work for us and took the time to go above and beyond so that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about his service - it was truly excellent!

    Furnace & Duct Cleaning

    Paul and his team did an excellent job at cleaning our furnace & ducts. They were highly efficient, well organized and did such a great job that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their service.

    Duct cleaning

    I have never been more impressed with someone doing work in our home. Paul was courteous and professional - and went above and beyond in his cleaning of our ductwork. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who asks

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    From our first telephone conversation, Paul put my mind at ease. He encouraged me to browse the internet to learn about the tricks of the Trade. I discovered there are many. Paul explained the process and I felt comfortable to proceed. He exceeded my expectations. He arrived on time, completed his task, and thanked me for my patronage. He even gave me a Tim Hortons Gift Card, which I felt was remarkable. Kudos to Paul for earning my respect and future business referals. Glenn

    Duct Cleaning & Furnace Cleaning

    Paul was extremely helpful and courteous. I told him why I thought I needed duct cleaning (smell of cigarettes) and he did research for me and suggested a number of solutions, only one of which was using his service. So I appreciated his honesty and the fact that the he went out of his way to recommend a number of solutions that would not benefit him directly. I decided to hire him for duct cleaning and furnace cleaning and I couldn't be happier. He and his team were helpful, clean, quick, and able to accommodate my specific needs and questions. I was very happy and would have no hesitation to use his service again.

As you mentioned, sometimes duct cleaning doesn't solve a specific problem, and I just like to help the customer even if it means not provide my own service for them.
