cleaning after renovation project
The crew arrived on time. I was under the impression this would take 3-4 hours, they were done in less than 2 hours.
Perhaps concerned to leave back to Orillia given the pending snow storm. They left without removing the coverings over two cold air returns and also left behind a couple of their heat vent covers. I've been cleaning my permanent washable filter every two days, still see dust accumulation in the filter, but not as much as before. Otherwise a friendly and polite crew.
Later on as a result of my concerns I received a call to follow up and to do an inspection of the job. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how Paul (the company owner) took the time to inspect the work and confirm to my satisfaction the work was indeed completed properly. He even inspected our furnace and humidifier. Previously I was indifferent however, I'm now very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

Hey Paul thanks for the feedback. I will be in touch with you to make sure everything was in-fact done properly. Originally we were performing a complete system cleaning but they did only end up cleaning the ductwork, so that is/could be one of the reasons the job took shorter than anticipated. In any event, you can be certain I do not tolerate people taking shortcuts and cheating our customers so we will ensure everything is done as should be. Talk soon, Paul
