Hi Lisa, Thanks for sharing about your experience with us. Glad for the most part everything went well and appreciate your continued business. Even though your job was done in September, if there was something we missed, or you weren't happy with, you should just give us a call. We try and ensure every job goes smooth, but that's not always the case, so if we aren't made aware of anything, we can't fix it. Something like this tho must have just been an oversight. As of NOV 25 I am trying to get in contact with the customer to rectify the issue and come back and seal the openings. I wanted to leave a response for people reading this review, so at least they can see we are on top of our customer service so when something goes wrong, we don't just leave it as is. Thanks again for your feedback, and hopefully we will be in touch soon to get this issue solved.
AS OF 2:30PM NOV26/16 I have spoken with the customer and everything has been resolved and hopefully the customer will edit with a response indicating the same.
