    Duct Cleaning & Disinfecting, Furnace Cleaning, A/C Coil Cleaning

    Paul and his team did an excellent, thorough job cleaning our entire ventilation system. We could not believe the immediate and dramatic improvement in air quality in our home! It was only afterwards that we realized the ducts had not been done since before we moved here in 1998! I had always been wary of news stories on duct cleaning and thus had never gotten them done. We just got used to a stuffy environment. We checked HomeStars, saw Paul's top rating and gave them a call. They were neat, tidy and above all transformed our home's air quality. Thank you Paul! Great job!!

    Duct cleaning and consultation

    The best experience with a duct cleaning company I have ever had. Paul is prompt with responding to calls and is very knowledgeable. We had a cleaning done 3 years ago when we first moved into our new home. We dealt directly with Paul to set up the appointment and answer some preliminary questions. Mark attended on time and was pleasant and also very knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service. Three years later (this past February) when we wanted advice on needing another cleaning Paul arranged for Mark to re-attend. Again he attended in a timely manner and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. The duct cleaning specialists is the only duct cleaning company I would ever recommend.

    Definitely recommend to friends and family without hesitation

    Bought a 16 year old house and did some renovations before moving in. After looking in the registers and return air ducts while doing the floors and paint, I knew right away the ducts had never been cleaned before. The dust, dirt, hair etc was caked on thick so I didn't have much hope for it being perfectly cleaned but at least I wanted to make sure best job possible was done. I checked around quite a bit even asking co-workers, friends etc about their experiences with duct cleaning companies but basically everyone I talked to had varying experiences and no one really came out right with a "yes call _______ company they did a great job" After seeing the reviews here I decided on The Duct Cleaning Specialists. Paul was very prompt with answering my questions by email and text (even after hours) and was straight forward as well as professional. Setting up an appointment online was extremely quick, clear and easy to do. Everything was followed up more than once with confirmations. On the scheduled day Adrian (Tech) called ahead as a courtesy just confirm if I was still okay with the agreed upon time. When he promptly arrived as promised I was very impressed with how he conducted himself and his work in a polite, friendly yet very professional manner. Adrian kept working but took the time to explain the process of what he would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with everything and gladly answered my many questions. I had already agreed to a set price prior to my appointment but it was nice to see their Techs being honest and letting me know my furnace was new and one part of the cleaning process was not necessary so it would be deducted from the final invoice. Once everything was done I was amazed at the final results. They showed me before and after pics and couldn't believe they got every single spec of dirt out of the ducts, washroom / bathroom exhaust fans, and dryer vent. The before and after pics they showed me makes me glad I hired them for the job. They were extremely detailed and thorough with the cleanup after the job was done so no cleanup surprises there. All of the 10 star ratings here for The Duct Cleaning Specialists are well deserved and after my excellent experience with them I would gladly recommend them to friends and family without thinking twice.

    Duct cleaning - nothing special

    I contacted Paul and his team for a duct cleaning. My wife and I had not really planned the whole thing, with our baby's arrival being priority in our lives. The website indicated we could get a booking after March 28. Our baby is due March 29. I asked Paul about flexibility if I need to rebook or cancel. Instead, he immediately contacted me, and offered me something the very next day! Adrian came on time. He was polite and professional. He completed the work within the indicated time frame. When I asked him if everything was working as it should be, he said the equipment, though old, was working fine. The price was $329 - as advertised. No gimmicks, no slick sales moves, and certainly no extras. I immediately e-mailed Paul to thank him again for accommodating us at the last second. Also, I told Paul we'd use him again, and definitely will refer DCS to family and friends. Good work, Paul and the team at DCS!

    duct cleaning

    Very professional in short. Polite on the phones, promises made and delivered..actually delivered more than promised. The guys that did the job were respectful and fast. Not much else to say other than they can be trusted.

    Second time around awesome

    The entire process was flawless from beginning to end. Booked them online, received an email confirmation not once but twice with 1-2 phone calls to confirm day before. Great guys to talk to, very nice, straight to the point. Adrian came this morning and what is usually a 2 hour job was a bit longer because of how much stuff needed to be vacuumed out! He was clean and out everything back into place once he was done. I could tell he took his time and even dusted the exterior of the vents after. Will continue to use them! And was given a discount for repeat customer which saved a lot!! Thank you Paul, Adrian and team for making our second experience a great one!

    Dryer ducting service

    Amazing service, polite, prompt and most importantly HONEST! I requested a dryer duct cleaning service from Paul. Before Paul even came to my house he was giving advice on how to be sure there wasn't something simple causing my trouble. Paul came the next day and checked over my system. It turned out to be a crappy dryer vent causing our trouble (which is 35' off the ground in the soffit). He let me know this and didn't sell me an unnecessary service! I practically had to force money on him to at least cover some of his time and gas. I can't say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend!!

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    I was referred by a neighbour who was very happy about the job they had done for her. I called, booked an appointment that was on time and the full service took about 2 hours. The service men explained what they were doing and I was very amazed at some of the pictures they took for me - showing me the before & afters of my vents. They also very polite and clean. Would highly recommend to ignore any people who call you trying to 'clean' your ducks and just call a professional company. It was worth every penny I spent.

    basement renovation

    Look no further in the GTA for another duct cleaning company! We have now had the Duct Cleaners by for a return cleaning after our reno (we had them clean our ducts when we first bought the house over four years ago) and we couldn't feel more reassured that our ducts were in great hands! Paul and his crew are total pros, masterful at this work. There can be a lot of fake duct cleaners out there but Paul's team is informed, educated and meticulous around exactly how to properly remove the junk from your ducts. Specifically impressive is how Paul's team brushes the ducts as well as vacuums them, how they take photos of your ducts to show you what's going on inside, how they make sure to seal all ducts so no additional dust is released in the house. We were so pleased with the dedication of Paul and his team....they came back the following week for a check-up because we worried that more post-reno dust had been released in the house air. These guys are amazing!

    Duct cleaning / Furnace cleaning

    I knew I needed to have the ducts cleaned at my 16 year old house as it was never done before. Wow was I ever surprised when I saw what was in my vents and furnace. Greg and Mark arrived 5 minutes to nine which was a great way to start off the service by being on time. Once they arrived they didn't waste a second. We discussed what they were doing and then they were off. The tools that these guys use are for sure top in the industry. Very clean, organized job, my furnace was quieter immediately after they were done. Greg and Mark did a great job very professional the before and after pictures were unbelievable. They even gave me some tips and showed me how to change the filters. Thank you very much!
