    Healthy Home Maintenance Package

    Just had Mark here yesterday to clean our air ducts. He also cleaned the furnace, a/c coil and dryer vent. Very positive experience all around. Prompt return calls when I phoned to book, email reminder, showed up as promised, and work done quickly and professionally. Mark also reattached dryer vent (don't know what to call it!) with a screw and tape so it won't come off again. No issues with recommending them for others.

    Duct cleaning

    Steve and Mat did a very professional job I'm completely satisfied with. Haven't done it for 20 years so it really needed it and they went above and beyond the call of duty. And Paul, thank you very, very much for your kindness.

    Duct Cleaning

    This is the second time we've used The Duct Cleaning Specialists, both times after creating dust during renovations. We were extremely happy with the service we received both times. Paul and his guys are as honest as they come. On his first visit, just after we'd moved into our house, Paul recommended that we should wait until after renovations were done before cleaning our ducts (we were prepared to do it twice, and most companies would have been happy to charge us twice). We did wait, and Paul did a great job cleaning the ducts. Following a recent second round of renovations, we called Paul again. Again his guys did a great job, and they were very honest about the length of time needed before the next duct cleaning - it was longer than I expected, which was proof to me that this company cares more about its customers than about trying to make money. The Duct Cleaning Specialists do a great job, and we'll be using them again a few years down the road.

    Dryer Duct cleaning

    Paul was amazing in removing a severe blockage from my dryer vent. He was efficient, and careful to do a thorough job. His price was less than other places I had called. He was very honest about the problem, and identified ways to make it better long-term. Great integrity: When I asked him if I needed a full duct cleaning service for the house, he checked and told me I did not need it for now. Feel confident with him.

    Duct cleaning with furnace, AC coil and dryer vent cleaning

    This is on behalf of my mother who received the service that I arranged. My mother was very happy with the level of professionalism, the information about the service as it was being committed and information on requirements for future maintenance, including being advised about the proper filter size for the furnace. My mother was pleased about the level of care and was told of a return visit to connect a vent, which is to be scheduled and we trust this will be true to the company's word.

    Clean ducts throughout house

    The Duct Cleaning Specialists were recommended to us as a result of the quality of their work. They came out to provide their standard service and when Paul examined our ducts, he advised that they did not require a full cleaning and adjusted the service accordingly. Not only does this company have a great reputation for their work, I can attest to their honesty and professionalism. Thanks again Paul!

Having the system checked out and all filters up to date was more of what the call was needed for, and having a HEPA filtration system installed helps out as well.     Customer Service

    Don't bother looking at any other duct cleaning companies. Absolutely top-notch customer service from Paul Hannah. He really cares. He even responds to EACH review on this site. Thank you again, Paul.

    Dryer Duct Cleaning

    We had birds in our dryer duct, causing problems for our dryer. I called and The Duck Cleaning Specialists were available quickly. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They even worked through a thunderstorm! Excellent service. We are very happy.

    Duct Cleaning

    Steve and Mat not only did a great job but they were kind enough to keep the cost low by not counting some of vents and returns towards billing. Thank you!!

    Duct Cleaning

    My parents were just moving into a 7 year old home where the old owner had 2 dogs and a cat. My Mom has breathing problems so it was critical to scrub the home and ducts of the previous occupants. I choose this company based on the previous reviews on this site. They were great and I felt much more comfortable than the annoying callers selling duct cleaning. The team was very nice to my family and the ducts had never been cleaned so they were full of rocks, dust sand and other debris. Thanks.
