    Efficient and cost-effective

    Excellent, efficient and cost-effective service, as always :) Staff is very nice, polite and responsive. They don't cut corners. I have never been disappointed by them. Hence, I have been very happy to renew my diamond club membership with them year on year.

    Excellent Service

    The Plumber was professional, competent and informative. I am thankful he explained all of his work to me in a straight-forward fashion so I could evaluate my options. Very satisfied.

    Plumbing Service

    1-Suggest give a good discount and special prices for loyal members /costumers of Gentlemen Plumbers. 2- Expand membership deal to cover all services ( Plumbing, drains Furnace, ...etc.) provided by Gentlemen Plumbers, as well as emergency calls.

    New hot water tank

    Thank you so much Gentlemen Plumbers for coming out so quickly when our water heater sprung a major leek. Shayne came out to replace our tank. He did such a great job and is so polite. He got the old tank out and the new tank into a not so easy space. He cleaned up after himself which is so nice. Thank you Shayne and Gentlemen Plumbers

    Amazing plumber!

    We had a leak in our upstairs tub that was coming through the ceiling below. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of a delay trying to get the plumber out, he was held up on a large job previous, 2 days in a row. However, once he came, he was quickly able to find the issue and a solution. He was very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. I really appreciated that he left the work area clean and did a thorough home inspection aftwards as well. He did a great job!

    Service

    Richard installed a new bathroom faucet, toilet and shut-off valves for us. He was very polite and efficient and cleaned up any mess that occurred from the job. I will definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again in the future.

    Service was done to my satisfaction plus more.

    Adam was so nice and very professional. He offered the choices that I could have and did the project to my full satisfaction. Will definitely recommend your company to my friends.

    Leaking Sink

    Adam was very professional and courteous. He inspected the sink to diagnose the problem first and then show me a photo of where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it. I initially thought it would be a big job and the sink would have to come apart but he was able to repair it easily and efficiently.

    Water pipe burst in basement

    We had a water pipe that connect to an outside water tap, burst in the ceiling of our basement, on Sunday afternoon. Only when the water came crushing down through the ceiling - broke out a panel - we realized what had happened. Thankfully we were in the basement when it happened. Turned off the main water supply. Called 'The Gentlemen Plumbers'. Wayne came to our rescue, within an hour and a half since we called. He replaced the outside tap, and put in a shut off switch for that tap. Thank you for your quick service and getting our water running again.

    Drain Issue, Investigation, Cleaning, Inspection.

    Backed up drain in basement. Camera identified blockage at 75ft, was cleaned, inspected and problem resolved. This visit took less than 3 hours. Service was professional, courteous but is heavily priced. Satisfied with the results but dissatisfied with the charge.
