    Flooding in the basement

    Adam took care of everything and solved all our problems. He checked everything in the house and gave us a copy of his findings. We are extremely pleased with his work. He was extremely professional, helpful and polite; a real GENTLEMAN PLUMBER! We will definitely call your company (and hopefully get Adam again) if we have further needs. Thank you.

    Remove water filter on main water line and install a new shut off valve

    I was very happy with most everything. They were at my house within an hour of receiving a call on a Friday night. The tech was professional, friendly, and helpful. What I was not happy with was how expensive it was. It was about a half hour job, hour max it took him, and i was charged almost $400 dollars. I realize this company works on a flat fee rather than per hour, and i think that is great for large jobs, but how a simple repair gets priced so high is kinda ridiculous. He did quote me before he started, so i knew what the final total would be and could have refused, but at 8pm on a Friday night with no water what do you do?

    Hot water tank

    Installed new tank quickly little pricey but I feel like it’s worth it thank you to Nick!

    Install hot water tank

    They explained in depth what the problem was & what we had to do to fix it. After the disconnect & install the hauled away the old tank

    Fawcet install, replacement of water lines for washer and two toilets

    It seems to be good, I think the fawcet installation is a little bit expensive. But overall happy with the performance

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Gentlemen Plumbers were able to respond quickly and come out to our home within an hour of calling. Over the phone, I was explained the pricing to ensure I would be fine with it. I really appreciated the promptness. Tom was the technician and as we suspected, we needed a new hot water tank which he had in the truck. He explained the pricing options and we decided on the 10 year warranty package and then he went on his way to get his tools to remove our old leaky tank and get the new one. He would wear shoe covers in the house and had a mat to lay out his tools to keep things clean. He also dried up the floor for us. I felt bad it was just him doing all the work and it took about 5 hours after arrive and completion of the home inspection as well (bathrooms, sink, and laundry areas). The price is a little high compared to other companies I know of, but I appreciate how quickly they were able to come out and have a tank available on the spot. We also had their magnet so we got a bit of a discount on our bill as well. We were happy with the service and quick response from the company.

    Leak repair on a mobile home/trailer

    -they call with an arrival time, which shows they respect your time -they actively want to show you what they are repairing, which helps with trust -they come with ipad, if they see something they are not familiar with they will actively try to research it. We had odd looking piping which he wasn’t sure if it was up to code. But they did research to figure out what it was. - they initially quoted us much higher and once they looked for ways to save us money the quote started at $4000 and it went down to $1550 once they did further work and investigation. They could have ripped us off and they didn’t. They actually worked to save us money. -they fixed bad work done by another contractor to our hot water heater - they were; knowledgeable, friendly, informative, clean, honest and affordable -I would highly recommend and/or use again if needed :) -my mother’s a senior gave senior discount as well

    Toilet replaced

    Annual inspection and warranty work on kitchen sink

    Every year as a member I have an inspection done of all the plumbing. Any concerns or questions I have are answered comprehensively and politely. This year I had concerns with a tap previously installed. I ended up upgrading to a different model. I was only charged the difference between the first tap and the new upgraded version. It’s appreciated when a company stands by their warranty. The priority was making me happy with my sink. I hate companies that make you feel like they are doing you a favour by making you happy. That was not the case here. A true gauge of a company is how they treat you after the sale.
