Other companies are not so prepared and need to run out to get parts (which they charge you for). We want you to feel confident that you are getting a trustworthy technician. We strive to provide the best customer service possible and are up front and honest with our client at all times. In this case, Adam would have arrived at your home and assessed the situation before determining the cost up front. He would have presented you with the price and asked you if you would like him to go ahead and get started. We do this so that you know all the costs up front and to ensure there are absolutely no surprises at the end of the job.
